We had a Difficult experience being at this hotel as the front desk didn’t speak any word of English. I find it weird and disappointing to be at such a brand hotel that employs staff that don’t speak English especially with customer facing positions. We wasted our morning on the first day trying to take information about where to go to the beach and Parking information. The receptionist was using the phone for translation. Also the attitude of receptionist was so indifferent and rude. Also on the day of our arrival, which was late and we have a 20 months old baby with us, they told us that they have no more rooms left and transferred us to the suites building! They claimed it was an upgrade, but I am not too sure about that. Be careful with your belongings as our daughter’s shoe and an iPhone charger disappeared from our room. We engaged with the management to find them but no luck.

Terrible conditions, old and beoken furnitures. Extremely dirty. The worst hotel I ever was in my life. I was confused with city express suites and unfortunately as a mistake I choose the wrong one (?city express hotel) . This one is TERRIBLE.

check in very slow and strange. there was no other people since it was late, I think they didnt know how to do it but switched staff halfway through and didnt say anything just left me standing for a long time wondering what was happening. no water bottle in room. room starting to look older and a little shabby. no blanket. breakfast fruit watermelon was pretty good.

Condition of my room was horrible. Tiny cockroaches in the walls and underneath the bed. One wall had fungus and the furniture was in poor condition. Shower curtain was ripped. Overall, a hell of a room

If you don’t ask, they don’t put towel to room. They don’t even put water and ask you to go and by from next hotel. Dirty breakfast lounge. Very thin walls. Nobody cared an overnight party in next room.

El staff es muy amable y cortes, las instalaciones son viejas y desgastadas, no está suficientemente limpio como debería, la construcción es de bajo presupuesto que cualquier ruido se escucha y es difícil dormir. La alberca está en muy malas condiciones que optamos por no meternos. Una remodelación sería genial

STEER CLEAR, HORRIBLE HOTEL.
When we arrived the system was down so we could not get a key card. We had to wait for someone to escort us and open the door each time. There were also no towels in sight, we had to beg for them. On day two we were robbed by hotel staff. The cleaning lady went in and dug through our belongings, ripped open an envelope with cash and took $15. The envelope was in the bottom of a purse. She dug for it and ripped the envelope to steal the cash. The free wifi was password protected and you had to go find a manager for it as it wasn't posted anywhere. After we finally got it, we found out the wifi didn't even reach the room. We were on the first floor and it never worked. Not even in the lobby. The safe's are also not in the rooms, they're in the front desk. So you have to give your valuables to the sketchy staff for safe keeping. Restroom smelled terrible too, urine and wet sand smell was overwhelming. And on the last day we had no water in our restroom so toilet was unflushable. Every time we walked into the lobby a different guest was complaining about something. Hotel was horrible all around.
