I love that I can walk from the property on to the beach. I was not fully aware it was not an all inclusive hotel. The staff was amazing if I wanted to walk around or go on a tour to Cozumel I really enjoyed that.

The hotel did not confirm a reservation for my partner for the border control so that the border control did not let them in the country and keept them in a detention unit for one day. For the hotel confirming someone's reservation costs ZERO, and denying it costs the denied person a ton and a psychological trauma for the rest of their lives.

The service stood out as one of the hotel's strongest points—staff were attentive, courteous, and always eager to assist, making us feel truly valued as guests. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance throughout the hotel reflected a high standard of quality. However, I would like to suggest a few minor improvements that could elevate the guest experience even further. Paying closer attention to the small details, such as cleaning the hallways with high pressure from time to time, would maintain the pristine look that the rest of the hotel boasts. Additionally, repairing the few dents in the walls would ensure that every corner of the property reflects the high standard it aspires to. Overall, Hyatt offers a fantastic stay with luxurious amenities and outstanding service. With just a bit more attention to these small details, it could easily become a perfect getaway for any traveler. I look forward to visiting again and seeing these enhancements in place.

The property is beautiful. Children are allowed but it feels very adult. It’s very close and walkable to the main strip where you can find great places to eat and shop.

When we get there room they give us was very dirty and they didn’t want to change no axses to a beach we aske for hot water for Bayby charch us 5 d no activity if you looking for fun and do some thing dont even thing do stay in this property
