We loved our stay. The grounds were amazing and the staff at the princess grand was amazing and even upgraded us to the adult side which was so sweet. The concierge at the Yucatan was not the best. We got a massage and were opting for separate massages as they were a lower price which was a great deal but they kept pushing the couple massage and assured us the price sheet was for both people. We get to checkout and it ended up being 300 usd. Other than the concierge at the Yucatan all the staff was sooo great and we would indeed go back. All the wildlife was so cool to see.

I enjoyed the warm welcome! They did approach me about their resort package. My room was nice. Just had that wet mildew sent. I loved the access to the pool from my room. I do feel like the pool can be renovated the tiles... the food was pretty good! I also enjoyed the events and the scenery. Very calm and freeing. I had the massage and Antonio did an Amazing Job! Put me to sleep. The con though, is the beach. I wasnt impressed with beach. It was so rocky. Almost broke my toe and twisted my ankle trying to access. But it was pretty.

Ir was good, nice amenities. A lot of humidity in the rooms making it smell funny. Not a nice thing to have places where we can't go, and the restaurant reservations were not ideal. We even reserved for a birthday and rhey were not very accomodating.

So I did not know there was a difference between a 5 star and a 5 diamond hotel. This place is very run down. The furniture, the restaurants the whole place is over 40 years old and it shows. The people who try to get you as members do NOT take no for an answer so don’t get caught (unless you really want a free massage), but be prepared to lose about 3-4 hours of your time. It was nice but def not worth the price they ask. It’s a 3 star from my experience. Staff was very nice.

Stayed for 7 nights. 2 kids, 6 adults. Loved the food options in 4 buffets. Enjoyed the beach and walking around the resort was very pleasant. Service could be friendlier at the bars and room service could be better (ours kept forgetting to give us shampoo, smother gel). Not sure if room cleaning was done, but towels were changed regularly. Rooms spacious with multiple sleeping options. Wild animals did not bother us at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Horrible experiencia. Hicimos upgrade al check in y parte de los beneficios que supuestamente iba a recibir me fueron negados; servicios de Spa, bebidas Premium, camas balinesas (solo 1 durante la estancia). Se hizo el reclamo con Concierge y lo que ofrecieron en compensación fue un almuerzo en un restaurante, ¿no que es todo incluido? En fin. No volveremos a ir y tampoco a recomendarlo.
