We loved our stay. The grounds were amazing and the staff at the princess grand was amazing and even upgraded us to the adult side which was so sweet. The concierge at the Yucatan was not the best. We got a massage and were opting for separate massages as they were a lower price which was a great deal but they kept pushing the couple massage and assured us the price sheet was for both people. We get to checkout and it ended up being 300 usd. Other than the concierge at the Yucatan all the staff was sooo great and we would indeed go back. All the wildlife was so cool to see.

I enjoyed the warm welcome! They did approach me about their resort package. My room was nice. Just had that wet mildew sent. I loved the access to the pool from my room. I do feel like the pool can be renovated the tiles... the food was pretty good! I also enjoyed the events and the scenery. Very calm and freeing. I had the massage and Antonio did an Amazing Job! Put me to sleep. The con though, is the beach. I wasnt impressed with beach. It was so rocky. Almost broke my toe and twisted my ankle trying to access. But it was pretty.

Grounds are lovely and well kept. Enjoyed walking around the property. Enjoyed the pools and beach. Buildings & rooms need maintenance and cleaning. Animals on property can be enjoyable to see. Coati population. Is out of control and a nuisance. Coatis are very aggressive attacking people for food and breaking into hotel rooms to steal coffee packs etc. Ruins the experience because you don’t want to use your screen door on your room or eat your taco outdoors because you’ll have families of them jumping at your plate and climbing your legs to get at your food. There is also Coati scat in stairwells and on the decks regularly taking away from enjoying the property. Food was decent in a la cart restaurants. Buffets were hit & miss somedays but usually something to eat. Drinks were a bit concerning. Personally found the alcohol to mix ratio unenjoyable. Bar tenders often added double & triple the alcohol despite asking for no more than a single. They seemed to think it was funny. It was just a wasted drink after that because it was too strong to drink. This seemed to be a common theme as I noticed several customers who were over served and then behaviours became unsafe due to the intoxicated state of them. Witnessed drunken fights, obnoxious yelling and young women having to fend off unwanted attention. Staff only intervened on fights.

Resort is amazing and staff is very friendly. The shows and nightlife were good! Overall the resort was very clean and maintained, my only complaint would be that there were a lot of raccoon type animals that would go into bags that were left poolside or by the beach.

You have to make reservations in advanced if you want to eat at their restaurants. If you have a bigger group they will split you into two or more tables. Bartenders were very strict on which drink to give you. All drinks are watered down and the only shots they will give you is Tequila if you want something else they will deny you.

My husband and I stayed the week here for our 1 year anniversary and we were blown away! I will say pack walking shoes because this resort is HUGE. Most of the food is up at the front which was a 0.6mi walk from our swim up suite. Buffet food was excellent in my opinion! My husband likes traditional American cuisine and there wasn’t a very big selection of these foods so he would tell you the buffet was okay. There was lots of wildlife while we were there and we loved every minute of it! The drinks are NOT watered down at all so be careful. My husband did get too intoxicated and sleep in a beach chair while I slept on our room and he was fine…so I would say the resort is pretty safe! Get tacos by the pool! We ate them every single day, they were too good! Overall, we had a great stay and will be coming back!♥️

Everything was great for this stay. Rooms were luxurious and very spacious. Lot’s of activities, food was a 3/5 to us in flavor but we can’t complain about anything else. Would definitely stay here again

Large property that is hard to navigate at first. You will be handed a map. Rooms were in disrepare. We ended up in 3 different rooms throughout the 7 day stay due to this. They will push you to go to their timeshare presentation that isnt only 90 min, expect minimim of 2 hrs.
