When I visited there was construction going on at one of the restaurants but what was still open was very nice. The pool was shallow so it’s mostly for decoration. We had a great time there and really enjoyed the rooftop bar/lounge area.

Amazing resort! Super clean and staff was nice. Food was not bad but the rooftop one was great. Specially, shampoo and conditioner were perfect! I was so sad its impossible to buy them in Canada. Must visit here again when Covid-19 will be gone

I took my husband for his birthday in January 2020 and I must say that the hotel was beautiful, food delicious and the rooftop lounge/bar was excellent. The staff was amazing especially David and Angel as well as another fellow that was on the rooftop. My husband enjoyed himself and we will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay here at Live Aqua. It was the first time I had ever been to an all-inclusive hotel but it definitely set my bar very high. The staff was exceptional they tended to my every need any time of day or night. The food was delicious and different every night. I wanted to stay here forever!!

Live Aqua is a small "boutique resort" in Playa del Carmen....All Inclusive...Adults Only !!! The rooms are lovely & immaculate. The staff can't do enough for you. The food is really really good.The roof top pool,bar & restaurant are so beautiful and relaxing.!! We have been to Live Aqua 8 times and will continue to return. Love it !!!

The property is clean and is located in the middle of 5th Avenue. There is a lot of night life and restaurants around. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Frank, Fernando and Epi. The rooftop bar, pool and sushi bar was amazing. The only negative is the food. There was nothing spectacular about the meal and it was always the same thing and food was always cold.

Property and staff were great, but the food needs much improvement. Flavors were dull and food wasn’t seasoned. After a few disappointing meals, we ate out for the bulk of our stay. Upsetting, since it’s all-inclusive, but there are many great options close by.

The staff that works there is excellent and always willing and do help out any way they can! However, by the pool we found it to be under staffed so the one person who was there was working there ass off to help. So at times it took a bit to get what you ordered.
