The place was easy to find and is only 2 blocks west of 5th Ave and 3 blocks west of the beach. There are plenty of food, shops, attractions and nightlife nearby.
There is a receptionist available 24/7 and the owner and staff were all extremely kind and knowledgeable. They also invite suggestions and appreciate any feedback given.
The mini rooms were extremely affordable and the same cost as a shared room at nearby hostels. For the same price, my friend and I got our own room with a set of bunkbeds and access to the shared bathrooms and showers, as well as the rooftop pool with a beautiful view.
The rooms are just as advertised: mini. Thus, do not expect much storage space, but the beds have plenty of headroom and each bed has its own reading light. There is a fan in the ceiling that pulls air out of the room, as it can get stuffy since it’s so small. I suggest earplugs if you’re a light sleeper because the walls are a bit thin.
Showers have shampoo, body wash, hooks and a bench for your items, with a curtain to keep those things dry. The sink is a bit narrow, but very aesthetically pleasing. Hand soap and paper towels are provided.
My only complaints: sinks are far away from the unisex toilets, water pressure in showers could be better, and shower heads could be more reachable to adjust the setting and angle.
The rooms could use hooks to hang things, an outlet closer to the top bunk and a mini trash can in the room.
10/10 highly recommend.
