The hotel has some beautiful views, however rhe staff is very unhelpful and not friendly at all except for Nancy, she a the captain of the waiters. The food was such a disappointment. Food qas terrible, the taste and quality.

Positive: The resort itself is stunning, large natural gardens, local wildlife which adds a unique touch. Staff at restaurants, pools, and rooms were courteous. The food was OK, buffets were mostly repetitive. We didn’t find but few authentic Mexican options, items like quesadillas were unavailable. Opportunities: Check-in and Luggage Delivery: Upon arrival, we entrusted our luggage to the bellboy, were told it would be promptly delivered to our room. After a lengthy check-in process and a forced return to the lobby to get a functioning room key, it took another 30 minutes to get our luggage Room Condition: The bathroom sink was cracked; Both sofa cushions were stained, with unclear origins (e.g., oil, wine, other?). Despite requesting replacement, they were never changed, forcing us to cover them with towels. Adult-Only Pool Area: Children were often present despite the multiple family-friendly pools available. This, along with guests drinking inside the pools, leaving empty cans and glasses -many ended inside the pool-, suggested a lack of supervision. Dress Code: At the Steak House, we observed guests dressed in Tank & shorts despite a stated dress code. The hostess indicated she was unable to enforce the policy. All-inclusive? we were surprised by the extra charges for certain wines, liquors and food We believe that with better oversight into cleanliness, logistics, organization, and policy enforcement, the resort has great potential.

Beautiful setting with a lot of nature..rooms a little in the old side, water pressure in shower was very bad and water kept getting hot and then cold ..also scheduled a in room breakfast and did not get it because the guest services representative did not scheduled it ..over all it was a pleasant stay and my family enjoyed it

We were placed in Siberia. So far away from the main lobby that most of the time we had to wait for transportation. At time was so uncomfortable because of the heat/humidity and the hotel personnel questioning us if we had “time” to hear their hotel membership sales.

I would have to start by saying that the staff was genuinely courteous and respectful. This was our first time traveling to Cancun. I picked the hotel thinking that we were going to have some kind of discount to the actual xcaret park but NO. The facilities were very well maintained and clean. On the contrary I think our room was not quite “ready” the bathroom area was clean but the shower, not too much. Hopefully this survey allows me to share pictures. We voiced our concerns to the front desk but nothing was done. I will not mentioned the persons name as I do not know if it was their fault or someone else’s. If I travel to Cancun again I will check another resort, this one was not cheap and to be honest we were not that impressed.

The place is very pretty. I very much enjoyed listening to Marlon- lobby piano artist, He was Fantastic and made all efforts to please guest song requests. I would like to name a few hotel workers who provided excellent customer service; Camila, Oriana- guest services, Miguel- Buffett, Moses- Transportation around property, and Patricia- Spa. Overall I had a nice experience!

Made reservation for deluxe room king size on Expedia. After Expedia ran card, confirmation stated room was a double bed/king. Called property and mentioned making reservation for king size bed and that I needed to ensure we would have a king bed. They assured me a note was being made on file for my request for a king. At a later date, I called for info about transportation from/to airport, and they confirmed once again that they showed room reserved was a deluxe plus xcaret unlimited with king bed. At arrival, I was given a double bed room and told that they did not have king. If they did the next day, they could move us. Still did not happen. For a couple traveling for celebration, I would have selected a different hotel had I known that they would not provide the room reserved and paid for on Expedia. We spent a very uncomfortable night trying to fit in the bed. Finally were moved the next night, but the included bottle of wine and a basket in the 'deluxe' package was never delivered to the room. Food: For an all inclusive hotel food was not good at all; I eat better at home. Only restaurants with a better quality and choice were specialty ones requiring advance reservations. Also, for a 7day stay, one is allotted 4 reservations per person, so the other 3 days we ate very poorly and to make it worse got sick to our stomach.

we came in a group of 19pax, we specifically requested to stay in the same building/hotel room but we end up in 3 different building. However, at the end we were transferred since p our A/C is not working but we need to come back and forth to the lobby hotel.Also when we were transferred, we got a de luxe room instead of the suite. Overall , were happy thou
