Incredible. We had a group of friends and couldnt have asked for a better time. Jonathan and Luna (i think that was their names) running the entertainment evey night did a great job. Every night had entertainment. Casino games. A mexican game night. And the prizes were hats tshirts etc. Not just junk. We did a fishing excursion. Chefs Rubicel and Hector cooked up the fish we caught and it was delicious. The food was great at the buffet. Im usually a "reservation every night" guy but the buffet was so good and had pretty much all the dishes anyway. You really do go up to the counter and pick out a steak. And they cook it perfectly. The tacos were great. There was a pork station that I will compare every buffet to now. They did sushi one night and brought in the chef from the restaurant and he hand made it for you. So good. The beach resturant was great. Hot food and a nacho bar. Ceviche out in the sun isnt for me but the wings were way better than I expected. Good drinks. Theyll make you whatever you want and a good selection. Good friendly service from every one. Stage shows were fun. Good pool. We were back in the suite area so it was nice and quiet. The foam party was cool. The batting cages are probably more fun in Not August. We were melting but they worked. Slight issue with our reservation but the guy in the office knew exactly how we could correct it. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Lock your sliding door if on the first floor. Coatis know how to open them.

This was our 2nd stay at this resort and we will come back for more. The adults only shows at night are very fun and engaging. We loved our swim out room at building 3 because it was close to the main pool with all activities and music. Entertainment during the day was excellent, however, some activities were cancelled to rainy weather. Shout out to Rhamses, Joni, and Luna from the entertainment team for making our stay comfortable and fun. Also, Bryan from Yucatan buffet was the best waiter ever. We will definitely visit again.

In our room our sink broke, and we had issues with properly closing the tap. The coffee maker was not cleaned and we had issues with our requests of pool/beach towels not being answered. Other than those things, the food was good, entertaining was lively, staff was for the most part excellent, and the area around the property was well maintained. We wish there were more beach chairs or a reservation cap as my partner and I walked several times across the beach to the sister hotel and back without finding a spot but there were many chairs unattended with belongings and no owners in sight. Room service was great, drinks were great, and the bartenders had good rapport with their guests. I wish Yucatan PLATINUM also tacos at its beach food bar.

The AC was either broken or shut off for 3-4 hours in the middle of one night. It was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise lovely resort, super friendly staff and clean everywhere we walked. Washrooms could use a little more maintenance.

Property is big, with 5 minute walk to the beach. but all the same food and shopping through the 3 properties. Rooms weren't cleaned very well or frig restocked unless you tip everyday. House keeping was trying to get into our room at 9am everyday, so we didnt get too sleep in much. Bath tub didnt hold water so unable to use, had light switchs that didnt work. Adult pool closes at 8pm and they would just close the pool bar at random 5-6 pm with people in the pool. Room service was complete joke.

I loved the amenities at this property. They thought of everything that may be needed during our stay. It gave luxury getaway. Even during the rainy day the staff kept the walkways clear of puddles, and provided games and entertainment which kept us busy and not worried about the rain, and having fun. Even though the food wasn't the best for us, there was always something available and many buffet options once we decided not to try the restaurants after being turned away for my husband wearing a shorts set. The quick bites on the beach grill were the best. Try the fish fingers and fries. Its the perfect mid day pool break, we just wished it didnt close so early.

When we arrived, we were upgraded to a deluxe suite. When we stepped into the room, we were immediately greeted with filth. The floor was ruined by rust from the furniture. The lounger was stained. The king size bed appeared to be made with queen sheets as the mattress protector would slip off the corners no matter how you laid. I also don’t believe they changed our bedding the entire week. When we asked to go back to our original room, they told us they had no other rooms available and that we would have to wait 2-3 days to move, which seemed absurd. We never received clean beach towels, so we had to use wet/dirty towels the whole week. Our toilet clogged and because our phone was broken, we had to go down to the front desk at midnight and ask them to send someone to come repair it. Additionally, our sinks were both broken. The one would spit brown water, and the other wouldn’t drain. One of the showers wouldn’t get warm, thankfully there was a second shower head. The food schedule was frustrating because if you didn’t eat during their lunch from 12-3, you wouldn’t be eating again until after 6pm, and you couldn’t rely on their “snacks” because they were extremely unappetizing. The beach had only a few feet of sand before it would drop off very suddenly into rocks. The sports area was a very far walk from anything else, which made it pointless to go. This resort came highly recommended, which is very disappointing and we will not stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.

I've stayed at several all inclusive resorts in Mexico over the years and this was a great one at a great price point. While the hotel is not brand new and had a couple of challenges, the staff was pretty incredible. The pools were great, the food was really good. I didn't feel like I was on top off anyone else or we ever ran out of room. The entertainment was slightly bad which was kind of what I loved about it. I read all the reviews, people complaining about the animals (there are Coati's around and people leave their food out and they get into it. That is not a resort or animal problem, that is a human being problem). If you are looking for a couples trip or a trip with friends and your goal is to enjoy the pool, meet people from all over the world (especially Canada), this is a great option. The entertainment, food and bar staff work so hard and did an exceptional job on a full day of storms. I have to give kudos to them!

This was our second stay here. Swim out suites are perfect. Service was great. Resort is clean. Restaurants seemed a little better this time but were not bad last trip. This resort offers a fantastic value. (get a swim-out). We will be back.
