We had an amazing stay in the Ocean Front Master Suite. The staff makes this place truly special. From the entertainment team, Ana and Sandra were a blast. We made guacamole with Chef Maribelle, excellent bar service from Manuel, Alejandra, and Nelson. Our cabana staff. Cabana staff Carlos and Michael were great. At the restaurants Cristian, Ivan, and Pedro went the extra mile, but above all else, our butler, Oscar truly made this getawaybwhat it was. For my wifes birthday we planned this last minute trip and he worked out details before our arrival as well as while we were there that made thisnthe best resort weve ever stayed at. The beach was one of the nicest in Riviera Maya, the food was amazing, but again, the staff was whatbset it apart. We will definitely return soon.

We loved the food at this property! The resort only has 4 restaurants however the restaurants are in rotation, different menus for lunch and dinner! Drinks are delicious, staff is friendly and rooms are very clean! Getting to and from the airport was $87 US dollars which is too much for a 30 minute ride.

Everything was amazing!! Only problem we saw were the wild animals roaming around looking for food and trying to get inside your hotel room very scary. And too many smells everywhere good smells but very intense tone it down please!!

Excellent hospitality, great food for resort food, drinks were strong and not watered down. Staff were very helpful and attentive our entire stay. Every staff member we passed asked us how we were doing and how our stay was going and if there was anything they could do to make it even better! They cleaned our room at least twice a day and always kept our mini fridge stocked. They really kept up with the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel. Everyday we seen the staff mopping, wiping down mirrors and glass doors, repainting the walls and more! We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return someday!

Within less than 2 days I became extremely ill due to the lack of cleanliness and air filtration in the rooms. Food options are very limited and reservations are required even though this a small resort. Wild animal will approach you while dining or sleeping. Bar options are limited and watered down. Pushy staff, unpleasant food options. Would not recommend staying at this location

I disliked that 2/3 of my party left extremely sick. The drinks seems watered down, the food was subpar at best, the air filters in the rooms needed to be changed(which caused the sickness in the party). The only things I loved about the property were the unique beach access and cabanas, the relaxation experienced on the beach, the cafe, and how down to earth the staff was.

It had everything we needed and they try and provide a lot of activities. The night life was lacking and since it’s far from town, you are pretty stuck with what they have to offer. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and our stay but this is not the place to party. The hotel was pretty quiet.
