Such a beautiful resort that is kept extremely clean. The staff are amazing in every aspect of this resort. So many options to explore within the resort which was the pwrfect size for walkability.

Great resort, stayed 7 days in an oceanfront junior suite. Would absolutely do it again. We have stayed with Wyndham Alltra in Cancun and PDC and it is a fantastic stay always.

I like that the location was walkable. Never experienced that before compared to other places. It was a nice change although i love when resorts are secluded. It was by far one of the cleanest resorts I've been to. It's well kept. However the beach was not what was expected and could have been kept cleaner. Overall it was a good experience. Everyone was mannerable and it made for a wonderful stay!

The resort is located within short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The service around the pool is nonexistent and poor in the buffet restaurant. The food was good for an all-inclusive. I wish the pool had stairs as i have some mobility issues and was unable to get into the pool. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the resort.

The resort is perfectly located between wonderful shopping and dining areas as well as the beach. It’s literally in the middle of everything and no car is needed!! The staff is amazing!

I did not like how loud it was. Very hard to relax at night in our room due how loud it was. The staff were very attentive and make it right. How ever the food was great and the building was really nice along with the rooms. Would go back for sure.

Their Custer service is awesome. The food is great, beaches are beautiful. Great local shops and food. Rooms are awesome. But, their customer service…. omg extremely satisfied. I will definitely come back. Kudos to a great staff!!!!

Good spot since it is at a walking distance from all the activity and night life. The beach is not great, but you still have access to the sea. Overall the hotel was ok.

Dining was exceptional especially for an all-inclusive. Restaurants were 5 star experiences. I was surprised at how good they were! Especially the Italian restaurant with its 7 courses. The buffet had many options and the fresh fruit and natural drinks in the morning were my favorite. Quiet hotel, bar closes at 11 and music is off by 9:30ish. The staff was excellent, professional and worked with pride. The hostesses at the buffet, steakhouse and Italian spot (a red head, Alejandro & Mayra Vasquez) were always going above and beyond. They would always greet you with a smile, had a sense of urgency and enthusiasm while remembering your name and room number. Luis at check in was very helpful and helped me with an upgrade to an ocean view. Highly recommend paying extra for the ocean view. If you love the beach however, this hotel is not for you. The beach available is tiny and you could only put your feet in the water. As it is filled with large rocks and coral. The water is crystal clear. A 5 minute walk down to the Hyatt gives you a beautiful beach. You can walk through the beach to it. Beaches are public, so you will be amongst locals. Pool was dirty and closed at sunset. Nighttime entertainment 8-8:45pm was top-notch. Hyatt review: The Hyatt is huge, modern and beautiful vegetation, but the food options are limited and it’s very very quiet. It is used more for large gatherings in the ballroom.

Great location, less than an hour from CUN (airport) beside ferries to Cozumel and an easy start point for any day excursions. Even though hurricanes have taken the immediate beach, a 5 min walk takes you to a pristine beach! Pool area was also amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Food was delicious, great options we especially appreciated the coffee/ice cream bar, maybe too much! See you again

Had an amazing time at this resort. The staff was amazing and very helpful and welcoming. The pool is amazing and daily activities in resort is great. Food was limited and repetitive in buffet and the restaurants has limited number of options. Overall the stay was amazing and it's worth every penny.
