Almost perfect.
We booked the room for our anniversary weekend. Specifically wanted the jetted tub. The room was huge, even separate climate controls for the separate bedroom, which was nice. The bed was the single most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was filling and tasty. Now for the stuff we didn’t like. The lotion bottle in the bathroom was used; already open and partially used. The controls for the jetted tub are poorly marked. There was a curler of some type still on the floor behind the bathroom door.

We have stayed here several times and have always been pleased. However this time it was just ok… first our room was literally by stairs so it was loud all night. Next the air conditioner didn’t work or turn on. And lastly we had 2 sheets on our bed and no blankets. Not sure what is going on but this trip was just OK for us.

Smells like a wet dog
We stayed in room 312. The minute we stepped into the room it had a district odor that smelled like a wet dog. It was disgusting and the smell never went away. The carpet was dirty. And the beds were rock hard.

My stay at the sleep inn was wonderful. My husband and I were visiting, the hotel itself was very clean and quiet as we walked in, the little staff we saw was very friendly, didn't get a chance to try the breakfast or swimming pool but we absolutely enjoyed the jetted bathtub in our hotel suite. I would stay again😉

The Bed and bedding were excellent. We checked in late. There was no one at the desk, but we could hear someone talking on the phone. They were out of sight—that's fine, but after waiting, we could tell it was a social call. We rapped on the counter and called out, but after four tries, we got no response. I went to the "Staff Only" door and saw Katie or Kathy on the phone and got her attention. At the desk, she said we should have called the number on the I stepped-away sign.
