Great, right from checkin. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had the perfect room - and it was, roomy, spotless, and a nice patio overlooking the grounds and pool area. Perfect. The pool was large, heated, and spotless, the hot tub was the perfect temperature, and the grounds were meticulous.

We came after 6pm and they said our room is not ready. Made us wait 30mins Then they couldn’t get the keys right either. We had to walk all the way to get it reprogrammed. No apologies, nothing! Our room was loud! Heard everything from next room. Called front desk and someone picked up but then just hang up!!! I had to knock on the next door to ask them to quiet down, it was 3am! They did a little but we could still hear. Lastly, hot water ran out very quickly! Never staying here again!!!

It is under renovation and everything else, except for the pool area, seems abandoned and dirty. Including the room tables, doors. It has a lot of potential, but I would wait for renovations to be done before ai could recommend.

Never got a key to my room. The girl at the desk walked me a 1/4 mile to the 600 building and had to open my door to let me in. Still no key. Sat at the desk for 30 mins while she tried to write a key. There should be some type of warning on your website saying that the facilities under construction and you will be woken up early in the morning by foul language.the worst part is that I paid for this experience. Never again!
