We welcome you in a charming house of 160 m2 stone completely renovated in edge of rancus overlooking the beach with a capacity of 8 people.

From this beautiful place you can go to the beaches of the Emerald Coast a few kilometers from Saint-Malo Corsair town (20min), Dinan city of art and history (15min), Cape Frehel 'Mount -Saint Michel, Bréhat Island Cancale etc ...

Located near the village (1,5km) Pleudihen-sur-Rance.
Restaurants, Bars, Tobacco, Press, Grocery, Bakery, Doctor, Pharmacy.
- Market on Tuesday morning
       - Small beach with its famous seal on the hold of Mordreuc.

• Activities: sand yachting, karting at Saint Benoit des ondes and Cherrueix 'golf Tronchet, tennis, tree climbing, hot air balloon, amusement parks, horse riding nearby, marked hiking on the banks of the Rance etc....

• Every Friday the beach of the Ville-Ger 10 minutes walk from the cottage is the weekly summer rendezvous unavoidable in July and August.

A private land, very peaceful and isolated, seen on the nature and the strike.

Beautiful Breton bolthole
Fab location and tastefully decorated accommodation. Lovely walks from the property and easy reach to Dinan, St Malo, Mt St Michel and the coast. A very warm welcome from Lea and lovely to be able to enjoy the hot tub in early June. Highly recommend for a family base to explore this wonderful area

Week-end entre filles, cohésion d'équipe. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli les bras ouverts ! Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous tout de suite. Une décoration digne des magazines alliant, la pierre, le bois, Léa et Wilfried y on m'y tout leur cœur, même si je ne les connaît pas, ca se ressent, il y une vraie histoire dans ces murs... Dès que l'on a eu une question, quelqu'un arrivait où on nous répondait par mail, bravo pour votre professionnalisme ! Et cerise sur le gâteau, le gîte est très bien placé, à 15 min de St malo et de Dinard.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Man ist schnell in größeren Städten wie St. Malo. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Magnifique gîte calme et spacieux aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Tout et réuni pour passer un très bon séjour. Séjour tout sauf rance
Séjour très agréable dans ce super gîte décoré avec goût (en tout cas celui des 7 participants). Propreté irréprochable, maison bien équipée, hôtes très sympathiques et d'excellent conseil. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans la Région sans forcément avoir à subir la foule des grands week-ends. Le jacuzzi est le petit plus qui fait la différence. Mes amis et moi recommandons.

Une belle surprise !
Le logement est superbe, retapé de main de maître par Wilfried et décoré avec goût et raffinement par Léa. L'emplacement paisible nous a permis de découvrir les superbes bords de Rance et revisiter avec plaisir St Malo et Cancale. Nous recommandons chaudement cette halte bretonne avec des hôtes très attentifs et fort sympathiques.

2 semaines parfaites entre amis. Gite de charme super équipé et hôtes parfaits.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette région où les ballades sont nombreuses et conseillées par les propriétaires à notre arrivée. Nous avons jamais été déçus des différents lieux ainsi que des restaurants proposés . Contact, accueil, disponibilité excellents avec les propriétaires (toujours prêts à rendre service). Très belle demeure très propre et décorée avec goût dans un environnement très calme et à l'abri des regards. Très belle prestation de pizza cuite au feu de bois. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir inoubliable. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner pour les prochaines vacances. Merci à ces hôtes.

Stilvolles schmuckes Bijou
Diese Haus ist sehr hübsch! Es ist ein typisches bretonisches Haus, welches innen total neu renoviert wurde. Die Renovation ist sehr gelungen! Das Haus wurde mit sehr viel Liebe im Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind sehr schön. Es ist ein tolles Ambiente. Die Duschen sind sehr komfortabel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns mit unseren fünf Kindern sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr sauber! Wir haben keine Kritik zum Anbringen. Das Ferienhaus verdient 5 Sterne. Léa und Wilfried waren sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es grüsst die Familie aus der Schweiz.
