Logement à éviter !
La conciergerie n’a pas prévenu la société de ménage. On arrive à 19h30 au logement (censé être accessible à partir de 17h). La boîte à clefs est vide. On tombe sur l’équipe de ménage, qui entrebâille la porte de l’appartement pour nous dire que ce n’est pas prêt. Ensuite, quand on finit par accéder au logement, on découvre que l’eau de la douche ne s’évacue pas. Ça déborde du receveur très très rapidement. Ce n’est pas nouveau vu les traces de moisissures sur le mur (la où l’eau déborde). L’autre découverte concerne une fenêtre oscillo-battante du salon. Celle ci ne ferme pas. La poignée tourne dans le vide, il s’agit là aussi d’un problème connu (dixit la conciergerie). Autant dire qu’avec des nuits à 12°C, c’est invivable. La conciergerie ne répondait plus dès que j’ai commencé à remonter les problèmes. Bref propriétaire et conciergerie peu scrupuleux pour louer un logement en l’état…. Ne vous faites pas avoir ! Enfin après de nombreux échanges, je finirai par recevoir péniblement un remboursement partiel. -
