Agapanthe Villa provides a perfect place to spend holidays with family or friends. This is a brilliant setting.
In order to enjoy our stay to the full, the west-facing villa enjoys the sunsets as they sink beneath the waves. We paid particular attention to furnishing the house with fittings can combine modernity and a Zen ambience.
You can relax on the comfortable ground floor terrace leading to the 4 x 8-m heated pool (29° C all year round) and the sauna. The kitchen, living room, and one suite are on the same floor as the terrace and pool.
The four upstairs suites with WCs, and either a shower room or a bathroom, offer refined decoration. Recharge your batteries in complete privacy in the Hot Tub on the upstairs terrace.

Beautiful, large house with a wonderful view

The house is very spacious, offering a lovely garden, a phenomenal view, a great indoor pool, and a very relaxing jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace... always with a view of the sea! The house was perfectly clean, the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, and the communication was easy and quick. Would gladly stay again!

The. kitchen and living areas excellent .The pool being totally indoor a little disappointing.Bedrooms small and bathrooms very basic.One shower area nowhere to even put soap or shampoo Attention to detail for guests not great Tv in one bedroom not working one set of keys for entire part only umbrella in outdoor area not working lack of towels for an expensive property. All small things but annoying. It would take very little to make this a stunning property as described.

Villa Agapanthe. Fantastic property, great area

Our second time at this property, accommodate all our requirements. We were a party of 6 adults and 4 children, accommodation suited us perfectly, the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub suited everyone. The area surrounding Tregstell is beautiful, plenty of beaches for the children, from sandy, to rocks and sand.. Following a day on a each, the pool was perfect, The property was fitted with 'hig end' furniture and fittings, enough crockery and cutlery for all, We opted to clean the property ourselves, as the 180/200 euro requested for cleaning we thought excessive. The property manager was very good, attentive, with a range of services which could be booked at the villa. A lovely week, We would go again

Superbe villa, tout y est !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans une villa magnifique : spacieuse, luxueuse, moderne. La vue sur mer donne l Impression d être sur un bateau. Piscine intérieure top et jaccuzzi sur la terrasse juste fabuleux. Ns recommandons à 2000 %. L agence est là pour répondre à toutes vos demandes.

Tolle Tage im Norden der Bretagne

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Terrasse ist grandios mit dem Blick auf die Bucht und die Gezeiten. Wir hatten unglaubliches Glück mit dem Wetter: sieben Tage Sonnenschein. Es ist uns wirklich schwer gefallen, das Haus zu verlassen. Nach den Ausflügen haben wir uns immer sehr auf den grandiosen Blick gefreut. Der Ort ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Umgebung! Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Alles stimmte mit den Bildern auf der Internetseite überein!

Family vacation

The property is perfect for a bigger family. We were 8 adults and 2 small kids. Each couple had their own room including bathroom. Big kitchen and living room. Inside swimmingpool was a joy for all as well as the Jacuzzi. Super view and location in general. Highly recommended !!

Des Vacances de Reves

Après plusieurs années de location de villa nous avons enfin trouvé la perle rare. Magnifique villa, très bien équipée, ustensiles de cuisine à foison, Robot mènager ou nous avons pu faire notre pâte a pizza, piscine intérieure… et surtout le plus important la splendide vue sur la mer, nous avons pris tout nos repas en admirant le coucher de soleil à travers la baie vitrée. Mais j’arrête les éloges car tout le monde va la louer et nous n’aurons plus de place pour un prochain séjour :-)

Superbe villa avec piscine intérieur et Jacuzzi

Très agréable séjour dans cette somptueuse villa dédiée à la location. La maison est fonctionnelle, spacieuse, bien chauffée. C'est agréable même avec mauvais temps. Piscine à 27°C toute l'année. Seul bémol, le Wifi qui n'atteint pas l'étage et la carte Canal + périmée. Nous recommandons.

Fonctionnement de la maison

A notre arrivée j'ai contacté la personne qui devait nous indiquer les différents fonctionnements de la maison (tel qu'elle me l'avait demandé). Elle n'était pas disponible (en RV) et m'a demandé par SMS de voir la personne qui faisait le nettoyage. Cette dernière a fait ce qu'elle a pû, mais il nous manquait encore des précisions. J'ai rappelé le LUNDI. Elle m'a rappelé le MARDI m'informant qu'elle était en déplacement. J'ai quand même pû avoir un RV et obtenir un peu plus de précisions. Sinon la maison était telle que décrite. Sejour très agréable malgré ces petits déboires.

Prachtige villa in mooie omgeving.

De villa was mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Voor de bezienswaardigheden ligt het eigenlijk te ver. Zwembad was heerlijk maar fris. Jacuzzi sloeg op de vreemdste momenten aan (ook ‘nachts). Eigenaren en/of beheerders spreken geen of slecht Engels waardoor communiceren moeilijk is. Bij problemen wordt om een sms of app bericht gevraagd waarop dan weer niet wordt gereageerd. Desalniettemin hebben wij genoten.

Alles in allem ein Haus das wir empfehlen können.

Schon bei der Anfahrt in den Parkbereich beeindruckt die Anlage mit der schönen Architektur des Hauses und dem stimmigen Gartenreich. Beim betreten des Hauses gefällt die zentral engebaute, riesige Küche mit dem großen Essbereich und dem fantastichem Ausblick über das Meer und die angrenzenden Inseln. Die Begehung der vielen Schlafräume und der dazu gehörigen Bäder und Toiletten liesen jetzt schon vermuten, dass dieser Aufenthaltsort mehr als den Erwartungen entsprechen wird. Alle Raüme, besonders die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber. Die Sauna und der Pool wurden zu Ende der Ankunft gezeigt. Na ja, beim betreten der Poolhalle roch es recht unangenehm. Die Hausmeisterin öffnete das zugedeckte Poolbecken einen kleinen Spalt. Ja, das Wasser hatte eine grünliche Farbe und war ziemlich trübe. Das war kein guter Eindruck. Der Service wurde darüber informiert und konnte für den Montag einen Fachmann für die Beseitigung der Mängel am Pool besorgen. Dieser kümmerte sich dann wie versprochen Montags um den Pool und schaffte es bis Dienstags dass wir ab dann in sauberem Wasser schwimmen konnten. Abgesehen von dem Pool war alles in dem Ferienhaus in bester Ordnung. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und bemüht den Feriengästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Wir wünschen allen nach uns einen genauso schönen Aufenthalt.

La Villa, elle, est très agréable

Villa Bénéficiant d’un très bel emplacement. Espaces de vie confortables et bien aménagés. L’accueil quant à lui est très succinct. La propreté et l’entretien de la villa n’est pas à la hauteur des prestations offertes. Photos prises a l’arrivée pour discuter des choses à revoir avec le gérant immobilier qui est parfaitement désagréable, de mauvaise foi et prend les clients pour des imbéciles. Il convient de tout, ne peut que constater les désagréments, vous laisse penser que tout sera réglé mais est inefficace. Malgré nos remarques, certaines ampoules pas changées, crasse dans la salle de bain non nettoyée, la piscine ne chauffe pas, le Jacuzzi chauffe trop malgré nos réglages (réponse : il faut mettre de l’eau froide dedans !!!). Incapables d’organiser la tonte du jardin en notre absence. Il a fallu réparer la porte du sauna : idem pour l’organisation de la tonte = vous partez en balade toute la journée mais c’est lorsque vous rentrez vous reposer que l’homme d’entretien vient effectuer ses réparations alors que ce n’était pas convenu comme ça. Il a fallu refaire nettoyer la baie vitrée. Robinetterie de la douche sale vers la piscine. Poignée de porte et porte des toilettes vers piscine à renettoyer. Four et four micro-onde nettoyés plus que superficiellement. Le gérant immobilier a toutes les excuses les plus lamentables qui soient et vous n’aurez jamais gain de cause. Quand on ne se donne pas les moyens d’entretenir de telles villas et de s’entourer d’équipes sérieuses avec de solides notion d’accueil et d’hygiène, mieux vaut ne pas présenter ce type de locations avec de telles prétentions.
