Le Sémaphore de Trézien

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Plouarzel, this charming studio with sight sea, at less than one kilometre of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 36 m ², and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift) accessible by the garden, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets included, we are waiting for you!

The south-facing accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, heated), open from 15 June to 15 September, size 7×4 m and depth 1.55 m. There is no security for children (opening date not contractual).
- A private south-facing terrace of 14 m² with furniture.
- A private fenced garden without gate with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The flat is ideally located in Plouarzel, in a very pleasant environment, close to the city centre. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Hiking on the coastal path GR34 which is 400 m from the house.
- You can go to many beaches and creeks at 500 m (Plage du Gouérou famous for surfing).
- Visit the lighthouse of Trézien, the fishing port of Le Conquet...
- Visit the island of Ouessant or the island of Molène.
- Many sporting activities are available such as walking, cycling, swimming, water walking, golf....
- Market every Thursday, from 9am to 12pm.
- Festival les Petites Folies in June in Lampaul Plouarzel, Crab festival and Noces Bretonnes in August.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park at the foot of the stairs on the garden side.

Wonderful holiday apartment!
This apartment is compact but very well equipped and with a lovely little swimming pool which we can use. It's in a beautiful and peaceful area with lots of sandy coves. The hosts are lovely and really helpful but respect the privacy of their guests. This was our second visit and we may well be back again!
