A great place to unwind
We had a lovely stay in this property, the house itself is great but the pool is the shining gem in it's crown! The owner is very responsive and accommodating One thing to note though, is that it is around a 30 minute walk to the nearest shop for the daily fresh bread.

Great villa, countryside, villages and beaches and lovely owners! Fab vacation.
Fantastic location. Short drive from Roscoff and only a short walk from a spectacular beach. The house was fab, well kitted out, modern but with a very french feel to it. Kids loved the pool (and pool cleaning robot!) we enjoyed the chance to sit out on the terrace for early morning coffee, with a great fire pit / BBQ to play with in the evening. Lovely couple who own the place. We don't speak much french and they don't speak much English, but we muddled through and had a good chat all the same!!

Mooi huis met tuin en zwembad in rustige, mooie omgeving.
Het ontvangst door eigenaren was zeer hartelijk. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit fijne huis met een heerlijke tuin met zwembad. Ik heb heerlijk kunnen wandelen met onze honden. Onze pubers vonden de omgeving iets te rustig, maar gelukkig was de WiFi goed. De dichtstbijzijnde bakker en supermarkt zijn net te ver om te lopen. En dan toch een paar kritische puntjes: Algehele indruk over de schoonmaak vond ik matig (met name de keuken en het sanitair hadden schoner gemogen). Er waren een paar kleine technische mankementen (los toiletbril, lampje in badkamer). En we hadden beddengoed gehuurd maar er zat geen hoes om het dekbed (of is dit normaal in Frankrijk?). Dank jullie wel Patrick en Isabelle voor ons verblijf in jullie fijne huis!

Personnes très chaleureuses. Endroit calme, piscine excellente. Très bonne literie. Dommage la cuisine n'était pas au top! Four dangereux pour les enfants et les adultes (porte très chaude). Petits électro sales (très très petites cafetière, théière et cafetière à dosettes) ainsi que de la vaisselle qu'il fallait nettoyer avant utilisation.Normalement ils ont prévus des travaux? PS: Photos sur le site non contractuelles.( Agencement bien différent.) cordialement.

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison
Bonjour, nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison avec piscine chauffée. Située en plein centre de plouha dans un magnifique lieu dit, nous avons pu visiter sans souci les alentours à pied (notamment pour faire une partie du GR34) et en voiture sans trop faire de kms (cap frehel, ploumanac'h..). L accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux, il est disponible et nous a donné de bonnes adresses. Les commerces de la place de l église de plouha sont excellents. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable, aucun vis à vis, nous avons pu y jouer et passer de très bons moments dans la piscine. Et rien à redire sur la literie qui est excellente. Le seul bémol est la propreté : celle ci n'était pas suffisante, surtout dans un contexte d'après covid. Nous recommandons malgré tout fortement cet hébergement pour des vacances en famille.

Der Vermieter Patrick ist sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr kurzfristig für das Haus entschieden, war aber alles kein Problem. Schade nur, das mein Französisch arg eingerostet ist. :-) Die Fliegenplage war bei uns eingedämmt, der beheizte Pool ist riesig und perfekt mir der Überdachung (nicht auf den Fotos), Wenn es auch außen abends etwas kühl wurde, im Wasser war es gut warm. Alles optimal für unsere große Familie!

Schönes Domizil mit kleinen Fehlern
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen und hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die uns weniger gefielen und daher nur drei Sterne. So leckte anfangs im Badezimmer das Waschbecken so stark, so dass es zu einer kleinen Überschwemmung kam. Mit einem vorhandenen Reparaturset konnten wir soweit selber reparieren, dass nur noch eine geringfügige Undichtigkeit vorhanden war, die wir mit einem daruntergestellten Eimer absicherten. Der Pool ist an sich sehr schön jedoch zur Hälfte mit einem Dach überdeckt, welches sich nicht vollständig entfernen ließ. Die Nutzung des Pools z. B. für Wasserball oder ähnliches war so nur eingeschränkt möglich. Die Stromsicherungen sind sehr sensibel ausgelegt. So war z.B. der Betrieb von Waschmaschiene und Spülmaschine neben der standardmäßig eingeschalteten Poolheizung nicht möglich. Die vorhandene Dusche lief von Anfang an sehr schlecht ab und am Ende unseres Urlaubes nahezu gar nicht mehr. Eine versuchte Reinigung des Abflusses brachte auch hier keinen Erfolg. In unserer Ferienzeit Juli/August gab es zudem sehr viele Fliegen, die vor allem nachts und früh morgens den Schlaf störten. Von diesen Einschränkungen abgesehen könnten wir dort aber einge erholsame Tage genießen.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR
Propriétaires super gentils et accueuillants! Villa superbe avec tout le nécessaire ( machine à laver, cuisine équipée) La piscine est un rêve eau à 31 degrés un vrai délice! Nous sommes venus avec nos chiens et nous nous sommes régalés ! Jardin clôturé et parfaitement entretenu! Le lit est superbement comfortable ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien MERCI beaucoup pour ce séjour dans cette superbe villa! Nous allons revenir!
