Hot tub and pool were closed. The exercise room was sad, with lights that didn’t work, no weights, and the only exercise machine that wasn’t a treadmill was mostly broken. Staff appeared to not want to be there. I received a text inquiry as to how my stay was going and gave a poor rating, but nobody ever followed up.

The pool was closed which was what my kids were looking forward to. The front desk staff were laughing at us and the toilet in our room was running and wouldn’t flush. They did get us a new room which I appreciated.

I wont ever stay again!!!! No shower curtain, no soap, hair dryer didnt work, coffee maker didnt work. One out of the 3 day stay my room wasn't cleaned. The hallways smelled horrible and the elevator was filthy and the hall/elevator carpet was disgusting. I guess you get what you pay for, but never again!!!!! Look elsewhere!

Room had a weird smell to it and there were many stains on the furniture and curtains Had the DND sign on the door, and they continued to knock anyway. Hottub was closed, and that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel because they advertise that there is one. Also no towels in the pool area what so ever. Front desk lady kept talking under her breath and took forever to check us in Breakfast was okay.

The room smelled like marijuana, didn’t have toilet paper, there wasn’t any bedding for the pullout couch or pillows, not enough towels, and only one pool was open and both hot tubs weren’t working (which is why we chose to stay).

Dead bugs in the pool. Blood stains in the room. Stayed for 2 days because we couldnt get a refund byt spent the rest of our trip at a different hotel that i even paid less for. We were super disappointed
