I stay here a lot my grandkids love splash pad but at night the pool was suppose to be closed but rowdy people were still there after 11pm very loud

Terrible experience, dirty smelly rooms. Very unsanitary found blood and toms of stains in 2 differentrooms. Will not go back nor recommend any to stay here.

A fun place for the family, just wish it was cleaner The rooms and common areas were very dirty / unkept. Our toilet clogged and no one came to plunge it. The room advertised two king beds and they were full sized. It was a disappointing stay but the water area was fun dispite the uncleanliness.

This was a really nice hotel. It's my 2nd time staying here. It's so close to everything you want. No food, but they have a bar. Pool is pretty crowded, but still nice. I did NOT like their pillows (too stuffed) or bed (too soft). I got cramps all night. Also, if you have long hair, bring your own conditioner.

Clean room with a great view of the harbor and many restaurants an easy walk away. The pool and especially the splash bar area was very fun for the kids and there is an arcade right down the street and great candy store. Would stay here again!

The hotel staff are truly so wonderful. My hotel room was quite dirty though. Sticky floors, dusty, tub didn't drain. The room really aggravated my allergies. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of this but the pool and splash pad were lovely for my son. I can't say enough good things about the woman at the front desk though. Super friendly.

Parking around the back was isolated and a homeless population was present… the location itself is beautiful… walking distance to the harbor and downtown. However I took my car 1/2 mile this evening as I did not feel safe walking at night .

Showed up at 3 pm said could not check in til 4 pm so we waited and at 330 people from wedding checking in long lines only two people to check in finally made it back to desk at413 pm only to be told room still was not ready went to dinner with family came back room finally ready we were sent to bottom floor with bags of laundry and towels all over bottom floor what a mess what a disappointment
