Peaceful Loon Lake in Plymouth, NH is a hidden gem and private body of water with no public access. There is great fishing year-round. While located on a secluded, private dirt road, the house is within 10 minutes to downtown Plymouth NH including Plymouth State University (PSU) and Holderness School, within minutes to many grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, pubs and notable attractions including Tenney Ski Mountain right in town! We are an easy drive to Lincoln's Loon Mountain, Franconia Notch's Cannon Mountain, and Waterville Valley Estates plus many other attractions including Ice Castles, Polar Caves, Franconia Notch, and Flume Gorge. At the Lookout, you'll have easy access to the entire New Hampshire lakes region and the White Mountains. We are close to wedding venues The Barn on Pemi, Newfound Lake Inn, and the Common Man Inn and Spa, to name a few.

It is PEAK FOLIAGE season in the White Mountains!
We are located directly on Loon Lake in Plymouth, NH with over 70 feet of direct lakefront space, a private dock, and a beautiful deck that offers year round sunsets.
The Lookout has excellent high speed WiFi internet connection throughout. There's a dedicated work space in the primary bedroom for guests working from "home" that want a quiet spot to focus, including a desk lamp and monitor.
No need to over pack the car....while off the beaten path we are a few minutes from a Walmart Supercenter, Hannaford Grocery store, and Market Basket, in sales tax free New Hampshire. Most restaurants in town offer DoorDash delivery too :)
While Tenney Mountain is right in Plymouth we are also within 25-30 minutes of some of the areas other best hiking and ski mountains including Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain, and Waterville Valley. There are plenty of convenient and affordable places to rent skis on your drive over to those mountains if you prefer to skip the lines and save money by renting off site.
We LOVE all dogs but can only allow dogs that are well trained and do not excessively bark. Out of respect for our neighbors, please plan to board your dog elsewhere if there is any concern with this. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay.
Our minimum length of stay varies seasonally. We sometimes offer length of stay discounts that will automatically apply to your reservation when booking.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am to allow sufficient time for our spectacular cleaning crew between guests.

We are located in Plymouth, NH and the easiest way to get here is driving via I-93.
We recommend using Uber or Lyft if you require transportation to the property or into the downtown area.
