The building smelled of stale smoke and fast food. Carpets were dirty, sofa and bedspreads were stained and every surface was greasy and sticky.

The carpeting in the lobby and stairs is ridiculously dirty. Rooms were better. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking any protein choices. Parking lot was well lit, but so bright that it was the nightlight around the curtains in our room. It was quiet.

Service was horrible. The panel fell off the wall exposing pipes. The manager is so rude. I've stayed multiple times at this hotel trying to give them chances but it's awful. Never again.

Nice clean room and plenty of sheets and towels for all of us. Liked the pool for the kiddos. I didn't like that its next to the highway, so it was very noisy.

Our family of 5 stayed in the "family suite"; it was spacious but not the cleanest. There was a foul odor throughout the room and the carpet was filthy. I didn't allow my kids to shower as the bathroom was also not very clean. Luckily, we were only there for one night. The staff was very attentive, respectful, and courteous. The property is simply dated and in need of updates.
