The rooms are fantastic!! Everything was great until checkout morning. At 9am the housekeeping staff knocked on my door even with the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on it. Checkout is 11am and if I was still sleeping I would have been disturbed by the knock or someone just walking in. My ask is that housekeeping consider that some people like to sleep in late and go until checkout time.

The check in was great. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and I appreciate that my room to be away from the elevator and on a high floor was honored. That was great because I was able to get good rest with minimal noise. The hotel lobby is pretty and they have a Christmas tree in the middle of the double stairs that makes for great pictures. The room however was very dated, the sofa mattress was filthy dirty. The bathroom smelled bad and was not clean.

Room was dirty, asked multiple times for it to be vacuumed and it never was. Gross stains on the bedframe and couch. Room was cold and couldn't get the heat to work.

Property was clean . Able to check in quickly. Fire alarm went off in our room only at 5 am. Seems like fire detector was malfunctioning. Otherwise good service.
