The property is a bedroom with an ensuite and via a shared hallway a kitchenette.
The property is not on google maps as an easily find-able/well known location and the street address is takes you about 150m further along a busy road (when coming from split). The property owner / maintainer should REALLY give better directions (take some photos and include in the welcome email) rather than simply "here's a number give us a call when you get close"
While a key is provided for the bedroom and kitchen there is not one for the shared hallway and the property keeper locks and unlocks the door at night, we were told between 10pm and 11pm. As a guest I expect all appropriate keys, not having to ring a door bell if I get back late.
The property keeper (a couple) live next door, so felt like parents next door
The facilities list a washer/dryer. When I enquired where they were I was told there aren't any, but if we really needed they could put load on for us. There was no evidence of an iron or ironing board also listed in the amenities.
The bed is built in and some of the cupboards are locked. There is still plenty of space to hang clothes etc, as well as draw space.
The shower in the bathroom was unusual (to me) in that it had a bath tap at waist height. The tap had a diverter for a hand held shower.
Please sharpen the knife in the kitchen and we don't need 5 pots.
The listing is over selling the property, but with a small edit and a bit more info prior to arrival it's fine.
