These two charming holiday houses, one behind the other, are available for bookings up to 10 people.
Located in a cul-de-sac and only minutes away from the lake, and with easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Central Coast. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, enjoy a walk along the lake and just switch off. Lounge on the sofa and binge on Netflix. Visit one of our beautiful local restaurants, or cook up a storm or BBQ.
The Space:
Enjoy a family and friends stay in two holiday house located on the same block. No need to under each others feet with this entire property that's all yours! The front house, Sea Breeze sleeps 6 in three good sized bedrooms, has 2 bathrooms and open plan living. At the rear of the property you will find Salty Kisses, a new home with 2 bedrooms sleeping 4, new kitchen and bath. Join together in the back yard for a barbie, or take some time out and enjoy the 2 spaces.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire property to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in Point Clare right near Gosford (you'll see Brisbane Water on the map) so you'll be a 2 min walk from the water. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about 15 min drive away and patrolled during summer. Aldi, bottle shop, Thai food, and cafe's are 2 min drive, Coles and a shopping centre are less than a 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive.
Getting Around:
Point Clare train station is 900m away from the house.
Free on street parking is available. The property is located on a cul-de-sac, with little road traffic, making parking spots available at all times.

There is a railway line on the opposite side of the road to the property. Most guests do not find this to be a problem.
