A newly renovated cottage just a brief walk from the beach on a quiet street. Three bedrooms, attuc loft, pull out couch (queen), two full baths. Can accommodate sleeping for infants and toddlers.

Full size refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, microwave, Keurig with complimentary pods, espresso machine, table settings for eight.

500 square foot elevated deck with gas grill, table, chairs, patio umbrella. Hammock, bicycles for kids and adults.

This has honestly been one of the smoothest and easiest vrbos I’ve ever done. Lino has been so helpful with everything everything was so clean so close to everything beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely come back!!!!

Our stay was Phenomenal! As locals I never imagined making a weekend getaway the next town over. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Pricing was very agreeable for what is offered. The owners made our family and pets feel welcomed. The cleanliness & amenities were endless. Very dog & guest friendly. We highly recommend this location for it's wonderful accommodations and beautiful surroundings. The cottage is a true hidden treasure. You leave the premises planning your next stay. First Trip to Point Pleasant

The owner communicates promptly. The house was well stocked with supplies. My intention was to relax and enjoy long walks with my dogs. The second day of our stay I walked over 10 miles. The neighborhood is beautiful and the people are friendly. If you are a fisherman Point Pleasant, NJ is the place to visit. The boardwalk is amazing. We hope to return next fall.

Checking into the property was seamless! The host left us fresh flowers and a crumb cake to enjoy during our stay.This was such a wonderful gesture! Communication with the host was amazing, he responded right away from the moment we booked this property. The house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of! Overall, the house was very spacious with 4 bedrooms to choose from. The wrap around deck is so big and absolutely amazing. There is seating on the deck, along with a great big hammock, grill, and eating area. The downstairs conveniently had washers and dryers and access to a small yard. It is within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which is amazing!! Overall, we would absolutely love to rent this property again in the future. Best of all, it is located in a community where pets are welcome! Our dogs loved it!! We want to give our host, Lino, a very special thank you for making our stay so wonderful!! Not one complaint, not one problem at all!! This home was Amazing!!!

Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in!!

I can’t say enough about this rental. This is a beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood and only a couple blocks from ALL things Point Pleasant Beach! Beach, boardwalk, restaurants etc. - although you may just want to relax and enjoy the views sitting on its large wrap around deck. The host and his family provide everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Great for kids, adults and pet friendly too. Thank you for a memorable vacation! See you next summer!

Easter weekend family vacation

Nice place. Easily accommodated our family of 4, and a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Great for the Easter weekend as the boardwalk with games/rides opened up, so lots of family fun. Great Italian and seafood also nearby. Owner stocked the fridge before we arrived which was a pleasant bonus. Also within walking distance of NJ transit train. Would highly recommend for weekend or longer getaway.

As you have read over and over again, Lino is the most fantastic, welcoming host. In addition, the home includes almost anything you would need for a week away.. Convenient stay for multi generation family with dogs.

The property has everything you need for the beach vacation. The owner provided all kitchen nessessities including some breakfast food items like eggs, bacon, bagels, coffee pods, milk. Fresh flowers on the table was a nice gesture. The beach supplies included umbrella, chairs, towels and a wagon to carry. There are lounge furniture and a hammock on the balcony. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

Lino is a great host! He even provided breakfast food for the morning after we arrived! My daughter, son-in-law and grandkids had plenty of room to spread out and were able to get to the beach easily. The dining table is huge, they had beds and linens for everyone, and the wrap around outdoor deck was spectacular. Overall a huge success and we intend to book again in the future. Thank you Lino!
