The walls are so thin we can hear people talking in the next room. The shower was dirty and had mold on the floor and walls. While the location was nice for where we needed to be, the trains made it difficult to get a nights sleep.

Pleasantly surprised
Last minute overnight for a beach day on Sunday. Randomly selected this place . It was charming, pool was great, staff was helpful and 2 block walk to a quiet beach! Pleasantly surprised!

Although this is an older motel, it has been extensively upgraded and is in good shape. The wonderful pool and adjacent area are relaxing after a day at the beach, which is only a few minutes walk away. Very quiet area, and there are three fine restaurants within a quick walk. Staff is helpful and they offer coffee all the time and bagels for breakfast. I highly recommend the Manor for a relaxing weekend on the shore!

Point Pleasant Manor is newly renovated -and beautiful. It was a block walk to the beach. It has a beautiful pool, off street parking, and daily cleaning service - sometimes not available since CoVid. It was quiet, friendly, and a great place for families. Only downside was need to drive/parking for boardwalk & restaurants - there are a couple restaurants in the area in a pinch.

Just a block away from the beach which was amazing! About a 45 minute walk from Jenkinson boardwalk.. super convenient and overall clean and cozy! Will try to stay here every time I visit!

Overall very nice. Only complaint is the floors were dirty, you could tell they were probably vacuumed but not mopped. And there was a weird stain on one of our blankets. Otherwise it was a very nice stay, bathroom was very clean and bed was comfortable. Tv had lots of channels. Staff was very friendly. About a 20ish minute walk to the boardwalk but only a few minute drive. Would stay again :)
