"Excellent hotel, really friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean with a great shower. The breakfast in the morning has a good selection too. The location is perfect for all the restaurants and beach. "

"Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our 4 week stay.The host was helpful and kind, and responded quickly to messages.I will list some pros and cons.ProsThe beds were comfortable with warm duvets. The shower was good with adequate hot water.The heating was efficient on the few times we had to use it. The wifi had good speed and coverage.The south facing balcony was nice, in the sunshine.Location was excellent, only 3 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to restaurant with pool. (closed while we were there in January) 12 minutes walk to the port with restos. shops and bars or to the Saturday market.ConsThere is no Netflix tv unless you have your own personal Netflix account. Only one front door key provided. (as an aside, this type of door that locks behind you with no handle, spooks me)Only one reclining chair on balcony.The balcony door handles were broken.The apartment has been divided in the past and the dividing wall has poor soundproofing. There is a squealing noise when the water is run next door.The kitchen lacked a few items and it wasn't clear how the oven worked. (We didn't try the dishwasher, we successfully used the washer and tumble dryer.)"

"The staff were great, I used the gym which was in the quiet and suited me. The hotel is just of the main N332 very convenient for getting around if you had a car. 30 minutes walk to the Harbour. I would stay again. "

"This villa is first class. Very spacious with plenty of room for our large group. Everything was great. The facilities are many and excellent. Whilst possible to walk to Santa Pola a hire car enables you to visit the many attractions in the area. And if some of the group don’t want to go out there is plenty to keep them occupied back at the villa. Check in/out was quick and without fuss. The manager communicates well through WhatsApp. Our microwave was not working but was replaced by the maintenance team on the same day! The caretaker came so early each day to water the garden and clean the pool etc that we never saw them. The owner Paul was very responsive during booking and throughout. Highly recommended. "

"This place is absolutely disgusting and nowhere near like what it looks in the photos, we had 3 power cuts and potentially life threatening to one of the children we had with us as he needs power to take his medication. 14 hours without power we were locked in the villa as couldn’t get out the electric gates with very little water left and phone batteries on their last legs. I relayed all this information to the host who proceeded to completely ignore us. Completely filthy and nowhere near worth the money. I wouldn’t stay again if it was free. Absolutely disgusting treatment of guests "
