Is in walking distance to a lot of nice and good restaurants, easy access to supermarkets, local supermarket 600 meters and bigger supermarket as Eroski just 800 meters away. Shops and stores for bicycle rental, water sports are only 800 meters away in the center of Puerto Pollensa.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms - one with double bed and bathroom en suite, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom without shower and without a bath and each of them have 2 single beds.
