Bajoca 1 is a holiday Villa located in Pollensa in quiet rural surroundings, with peaceful and privacy, at the foot of the impressive mountains around it.

Just beside has it neighbour Bajoca-2, another holiday Villa both twins in their home size, land plot and services, ideal for families who want to be together, but each one in own house or a group of friends.



Distributed all property on same level, we find the very large living-dining room all in one stay but with different ambience, with the equipped kitchen beside to this spacious living-dining room and with direct access to side porch and along the garden and pool surrounded by lawn. It has three double rooms with two beds and one of them double bed, all equipped with air conditioning. Two bathrooms. Front to the porch and the pool is a spacious room equipped with a electric BBQ with coal-volcano where for sure will spend a pleasant evening at any time of year.



Like Bajoca-2,these two houses are both located in a privileged environment, accessed by a country lane with very few neighbors that really enjoy a certain atmosphere of privacy and tranquillity.



Ideal for golf players, only just a couple of minutes can enjoy Pollença Golf . and in Alcudia area, is other Aucanada Golf, 10 km far away.





Pollença, Port de Pollença, Cala de Sant Vicenç and especially Formentor, with the viewpoint known as 'Es Colomer' and el Cap de formentor , with 350m high limestone cliffs on this wild peninsular that creates spectacular rock formations with stunning views from the top towards the bay of Pollensa, occupies the northeast tip of the Island.



Puerto Pollensa retains its extraordinary specificity with its long promenades and wide beaches, because of that and favorable winds and water depth, has become one of the most popular for starting sailing, windsurf, Katesurf... can not be missed!.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen
Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Objekt. Die Fotos in der Anzeige entsprechen nicht der Realität, sind veraltet. Die Handtücher sind abgezählt und dadurch zu wenig, wurden nach Anruf in der Agentur nachgereicht. Mit einem großen Auto ist die Finca nicht zu erreichen . Das Inventar könnte mal erneuert werden ist ziemlich durchgesessen und nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Trotz allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und haben die Tage genossen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist sehr abseits gelegen und außer dem Tieren außendrum ist es ruhig. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Freunden und haben hier eine Woche verbracht, es war alles vorhanden und auch die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Pool war sauber und wurde fast täglich gereinigt, wir waren zufrieden.

Nice and clean villa but some easy to do improvements needed
We, two adult couples, spent 2 wonderful weeks in this nice villa. Located in the countryside with a fantastic view on the mountains, a private lemon tree and an amazing pool, we truly found the peace we were looking for. Everything was clean and the villa well equipped and spacious. Pollenca and Alcudia are still close enough to go out for a nice meal in the evening with only a short drive to take. There are some elements for improvement we like to encourage the owner to look into as not too much effort is needed but would have a huge impact: - Improve the overall illumination situation. The light was extremely bright and uncomfy, would be nice to have some more ambience light - Install mosquito nets in front of the 3 bedrooms. We could not sleep with open windows (tried the first night and deeply regretted) and had to use the aircon, aircon could also be serviced more often as dirt came out at the beginning - Include a warning in the description that the road to the villa can be a problem with larger cars. We had a Ford Focus Combi which was quite borderline. Overall can recommend this villa!
