Can Bosch, is a privileged property situated in an idyllic setting, the 'Colonya valley', a very quiet area surrounded by mountains, in a unique, peaceful setting outside the town of Pollensa.



The property is distributed in one floor, it has a spacious living-dining room with decorative chimney and ceiling fan, with access to the furnished porch with the terrace equipped with furniture, tables and outdoor sofas and on the porch terrace with ceiling fan.

Separate fully fitted kitchen with dining table and utility room.



Entrance hall leading to three very spacious bedrooms, all equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, two complete bathrooms with bathtub, one of the bedrooms with double bed of 1,60 x 2,00 and en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms with single beds 90 x 1,90 separated and sharing a bathroom.



On one side of the house is the 8 x 4m swimming pool, with a depth of at least 1mtr. at the lowest part of the stairs and 2mts. at the deepest part with a gentle slope between them, there is also a porch (ceiling fan) with a terrace-solarium table with sunbeds and a barbecue, where you are sure to spend pleasant evenings 'al fresco'.

On the opposite side of the house, there is another terrace with furniture and a lawned garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The finca is located about 3 kilometres from the village of Pollensa, along a tarmac road towards a mountain called L' Assarell, in the area also called 'Vall den March' until you reach the entrance of the property and this same road continues as a dirt track down into the valley. A visit to this area is not to be missed!

An environment that invites you to relax, recommended for families, groups of friends (no groups of young people under 25 years old), hikers, cyclists and anyone who simply wants to 'disconnect' and relax in a very particular place in Majorca.

Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.
