In the center of the bay of Pollença, this fabulous house with wonderful views and a spectacular outdoor area welcomes 8 people.

The exteriors are perfect to enjoy the good weather and relax after spending the day at the beach. Tan under the Mediterranean sun in the comfortable beds, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch and relax on the outdoor sofas with a drink at sunset. There are close neighbours.









The two-storey house has been refurbished and decorated with exquisite taste, taking advantage of the upper rooms to enjoy the sea views. On the ground floor there is a wonderful kitchen-dining room equipped with gas cooker and with space for 8 people. There is another more formal dining room where stone and wood stand out. This floor is completed with a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs we have the fabulous living room with stunning views of the bay of Pollença and equipped with Smart TV. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms, all three with double beds and one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub. All four bedrooms are equipped with AC. There is another bathroom with bathtub on this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. 5 ceiling fans and 4 electric radiators complete the accommodation.

The house is located in the Bay of Pollença and a few kilometres away from the port, where you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. You can get there by taking a walk by the sea along the lane for pedestrians and bicycles. Pollença beach is a beautiful golden sandbank with a very family atmosphere. By car, you will have quick access to the beautiful towns of Pollença or Alcúdia. And do not forget that the beach and the outlook of Formentor are a must-visit.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
