Luxury modern stone clad Villa with swimming pool and mountain views

This modern stone clad villa recently constructed, is located in the road between the charming town of Pollensa and fishing town of Puerto Pollensa, at the foot of the mountain.
As you enter in the property through an automatic fence, you follow the path that leads to the house surrounded by fields with native trees and flowers. After 200 meters you find a covered 2 car parking area just in front of the main entrance.
You enter into a bright open plan living / dining room, with comfortable sofas, dining table with modern chairs, air condition and cable plasma TV; slide doors will take you to a covered porch and swimming pool area with sunbeds, barbecue, dining table and chairs.
The full fitted kitchen has a dining table and comes complete with electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, etc… There is a laundry room attached to the kitchen with washing machine and cleaning utensils.
The double room is in one side of the lounge with en suite bathroom, built in closet, air condition, and french window onto the garden area.
On the corridor there is an office area with table and chairs and 3 twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and the other 2 sharing a WC/shower room . All the bedrooms have built in closet, air condition and french windows onto the garden.
All the house has WI FI and car is necessary although there is a public bus stand around 500mtrs.

Great Stay in Pollensa
Really well laid out property, with all the things needed for a weeks stay (including filter coffee machine, modern gas BBQ and a nice pool) Plenty of towels and a really good living space. Suggest researching the turn off if arriving in the dark, as it's not too easy to spot until you know it. Very private location, and set back a decent way from the road, which makes it easy to get to and from PDP / Pollensa. Supermarkets 2 minutes away and a bus stop walkable if you don't feel like taking the car one day

Best place to stay
We had the most amazing stay in Mallorca at this beautiful home. We met up with dear friends from very far away and what a joy it was to find one another ina home that accommodated us so perfectly. The photos are very true to reality. The pool exquisite, kitchen was so nice and big - the edging spaces large and spacious enough o accommodate us all - pool towels and linens for the inside. It had everything we needed. Gate access and adequate parking - ease of access to everything. It is a 10/10 recommendation. Maria our host was amazing and we were grateful for her help - everything was in such great order all we needed to know was if we could check in earlier and where we could dispose of garbage and recycling. She answered right away. Thank you Maria - it made a reunion that much sweeter!

Large villa with a great pool
Our family enjoyed our 10 days at the villa. Fantastic countryside location but only a short bus ride into Puerto Pollensa or Pollensa. Great size pool for teenage boys.

Great stay in Pollensa
We really enjoyed our stay in the Villa. Great location and the villa had everything we needed. We had one or two small issues (e.g hairdryer not working) but these were solved quickly and with no hassle. We had a car but the bus stop is a short walk away so the location was great and it as easy to get to the Port area. I would definitely recommend this villa and this area for a holiday.

Fantastic villa perfect for a family celebration holiday.
We rented the villa to celebrate my 50th birthday with all of family. Everyone had plenty of space and their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed to self cater however superb bars and restaurants in puerto pollensa are only a half an hour walk away. Although staying in April we had excellent weather and found eating outside at lunchtime was great as it was in the shade but we used the inside table in the evening where the villas heating kept us very comfortable. We walked into Pollensa to watch the Good Friday Easter parade ( thinking parking would be tight) although it took an hour it was worth it. The Sunday market in Pollensa is definitely worth a visit too. I would highly recommend this villa , perfect location, fantastic Mountain View’s, superb facilities.

Puerto Pollensa 2022
Maria was an excellent host and assisted with all enquiries promptly. The villa is perfect for a large family holidays and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there and would stay again. The villa is in a perfect location half way between puerto pollensa and pollesa old town. We hired a car which was ideal but the bus passes regularly in both directions with the bus stops being a 5 minute walk. All round excellent stay really enjoyed everything.

Can Suau Catalina
Great stay for a family of 7 with ages ranging from 18 months to 62. Pool and outside space and terrace was the focus for our stay but Villa was fully equipped and cool with air con throughout. Great location between port and Pollenca. Car essential. Maria sorted the one issue we had immediately and was available if needed throughout. All in all a fabulous property which we thoroughly enjoyed using for our two weeks.

Great Family Holiday
For my family and I as well as our friends whom traveled with us the villa was ideally located and private. Perfect for children being all one level and Maria was very helpful and dealt with some minor issues promptly. Definitely a place to return to.

This is a fabulous villa with everything you require in a beautiful location.
We had a fabulous holiday. I would highly recommend this villa. It has everything you need in an ideal location. A car is essential although getting a taxi to go out at night was easy and not expensive. The manager is always available and gets back with any queries promptly. The surrounding area is stunning with lots to do and see. We would definitely come back and stay here and recommend it to all our friends.

Family Holiday
We had two families of 4 (with 4 kids under 5). The house was perfect for our needs, with loads of room for everyone and an excellent outdoor space for kids and adults. The location is great (equidistant between pollenca and puerto pollenca) and with a car its really easy to get around with it being close to the main road. The scenery around the property is just amazing and the pool perfect to help us cool off. The owner was really responsive to any needs we had via whatapp which made things really straight forward. Would highly recommend for families.

Amazing views and perfect for kids
Great location with incredible views. Lots of space inside and out for kids to enjoy & well serviced with outdoor toys and kitchen equipment. Maria was brilliant and minor issues dealt with straight away. Only issue was the drain smell from the back bathroom.

Great holiday
We had a great holiday. The house is very spacious, plenty of room inside and out for 4 adults and 2 children. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. We liked the location; with easy access to both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Maria was fantastic, making sure the villa was easy to find as we were arriving late. One minor issue was a drain smell in one of the bathrooms but as there were 2 others this didn’t cause us any problems! Would definitely recommend.

Tired villa and Majorca too expensive
Villa not the easiest to find in the dark. Key awkward to find as we arrived at night. Villa looks good in photos but needs a facelift especially the bathrooms. The bath was too small to have a bath. Shower fittings all need renewing. Had to ask for towel change. Villa not cleaned properly, the sheets were changed but only mopped the floor when I told them to do it otherwise the villa would not have been cleaned for our two week stay. Had to ask for pool to be cleaned twice. The filters did not work. Had no electric or water for a day due to thunderstorms but had to ask for help instead of owners checking on us. Due to rain the area around the villa beyond the garden became a swamp and so we were bitten badly by mosquitos or something. Could only get one channel on TV in English Sky News when I specifically wanted English channels. Had to ask to get TV working. remotes not working they had to get new batteries. A lot of lights missing in villa and in one bathroom only had one light out of three working! Very disappointed with having to call constantly for assistance as there was something wrong. The owners explained it was due to the thunderstorms which part was but not to the extent that I had to call each day as something was not working or was not right. The air con was only on from evening to 10 in the morning which meant if you stayed at the villa in the day it was far too humid and uncomfortable, the pool was dirty so we couldn't cool off in the pool. Overall I have rented villas in Majorca in the same area four times before and this is by far the most disappointing one. Majorca is now too expensive, too many people and too many cars! Although the improvement to Port Pollensa with the pedestrian front is fantastic. The hire cars were also a rip off charging for full insurance otherwise you would have to pay £1600 minimum for more than a 2 inch scratch! I have complained to the agent EconomyCar Rental.

Lovely Accommodation, Perfect Location
This villa offered lovely accommodation for us. Perfect size for 5 adults and 2 kids offering lots of space. Pool was lovely and well tended during our week stay. Nothing was uncatered for in the kitchen with fantastic outside dining and chill-out area. A rural quiet setting with only couple houses (and some goats) close by yet only 25min walk to Puerto Pollensa - perfect for us as we wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle. Taxis were extremely reliable and reasonably priced. Maria was lovely to deal with and I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property - great location!
We have just come back from staying in this villa - for the 3rd year running. We love it! Great property, in a fantastic location. It has all the facilities that you need, plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. Wonderful addition of outside sofas this year made evenings more comfortable too. Maria, the owner of the property made herself available and was very friendly - even leaving a welcome pack. There were 3 generations of family in our group, 4 adults and 3 young kids, and everyone had a great time. If I can persuade my family to go back for a fourth year in a row I would go again next year in a flash - its home from home now!

Spacious villa and fantastic location!
We had a fantastic stay in this roomy villa! Brilliant for 2 families of 4 as we weren't under each other's feet at all. The pool was wonderful with plenty of space in the shade to relax as well, which we needed as the temperatures were soaring while we were there! The location is perfect for exploring the pretty north of the island with a hire car. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a memorable holiday:)

Superb property in a fantastic location!

Clean, modern, equipped - a good villa. Close to road though windows hermetically sealed.
The villa itself is very nice - clean, modern, equipped, with all the mod cons and clearly extras for families as well (cots etc.). Swimming pool was great and the owner was helpful if needed. My only negative is that it is situated close to the road from Pollensa to Port Pollensa - it's only 100 metres from the road and it is a main road with constant traffic. The windows are good in the villa, so you can block out the traffic noise and my kids slept ok. You can hear the traffic outside. The beds are very hard as well, but clean and new. Lots of bathrooms. All mod cons. Pretty beaches are at Formentor (we preferred the end up near the hotel). Lovely swimming and sand for children (calm and clear - my kids did loads of swimming) You can hire canoes, paddleboards etc near the Formentor Hotel which is fun for children/teenagers. The Alcudia coast is very built up - though Maria the owner can tell you how to find more secluded beaches along that coast (Son Serra and Son Real). We walked down to a cove above Formentor (Figuera?) which was only a 15 min hike from the car park down to a beautiful stony beach with amazing water and swimming. Pollensa is a pretty town and worth visiting and eating in. It takes an hour to drive right down south to more rural beaches, but might be worth the hike. We went to Cala Varques which was lovely. Beaches around the southern cap are meant to be stunning (Playa Trenches?). I would suggest that you ask Maria for advice on where to go as she is local. The villa is 5 mins from supermarkets - Lidl and Eroski - they had everything we needed.

Magnifique et très bien située
Une villa de très grande qualité, très bien équipée (merci pour les petites attentions d'accueil.. ) et dont les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. Quel plaisir de voir dès le matin les chèvres sauvages descendues des montagnes ! Maria a répondu très rapidement à un petit problème électrique d'alimentation en eau qui a été résolu dans l'heure.
