Those who love nature and peaceful, beautiful landscapes are perfect in this large finca. It is located between the popular resorts of Pollenca and Alcudia in a 5000 m² garden with lemon and orange trees, roses, hibiscus, bougainvilleas. Pool of 6x8 m.
The house is about 150 m² with covered terraces with a view of the mountains and garden. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite)+1 bathroom outdoor by the pool. The comfortable living room has SAT-TV, DVD, CD and radio. All bedrooms and living room has A/C. The large kitchen, renovated 2013 is fully equipped and has a dining table for 8-10 people. The master bedroom on the 1st floor with an en suite bathroom can be reached through an outdoor staircase and the view from the terrace over the surrounding mountain panorama is amazing. Now we built a kitchnette with fridge, waterboiler, toaster etc so you can have a private breadfast or a nightcap on the terrass under the stars.

The expansive beaches in the bays of Pto Pollenca and Alcudia are about 10-15 min away. The golf about 10 min away. Shopping facilities and nice restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are many in Pollenca.
The house has an internet.

Pool and garden: By the large pool, 6 x 8 m, private behind the finca, you will find comfortable sun loungers, chairs and tables in the sun and the shade, dining tables and Weber gas-BBQ for nice al-fresco lunches and dinners. A new out-door kitchen is constructed which makes the pool-area even more useful and attractiv. .

Comfortable with ample space inside and well layed out - vast area outside with full amenities for the pool and BBQ area - with full kitchen - crockery, cutlery, Fridge Freezer.,sink with hot/cold water all undercover with large family sized table seating for 8 INOW CANNOT SEE TO RIGHT ANY MORE AS THE TEXTING AREA IS VOVERED ON THIS PAGE AREA jupax - just perfectble stay

Large property with lots of space.
Large property with lots of space, easily accommodated 6 people. Outdoor kitchen was great. Well appointed with good facilities. Decor a little tired. Outside pool lights didn't not work, but I sure will be fixed in due course. Good comms with owner. We had a great time

Fabulous much needed holiday
Fabulous holiday at the finca. Plenty big enough for 6 adults and 2 children. Maria was great communicating and any problem was sorted by Fabio very quickly. The pool was lovely. We loved the old style Finca but some updating needed, sunbeds broken/ worn, chipped crockery although saying that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Sunsets from the villa were amazing as was the stargazing, we saw shooting stars which was magical. This place is ideal for a family get away. 15 min drive to puerto pollensa with its pine walk and safe beach. Supermarket 5 min drive. Mosquitos was an issue but that can be a problem anywhere.. we would definitely return to Finca Can Foresye. Thank you Maria for an amazing holiday,

Great place to stay
Had a great time at the property. It was everything we thought it would be and a perfect place to be to travel to different places by car. Me and my family with 3 kids 17,12 & 1 all loved the house, pool and outside area. We had breakfast, bbq’s and various days chilling. Days out and loved Port Pollença, Formentor, Alcúdia, the beaches and especially Port Sóller. A great holiday. Thanks

Great family villa
We had a lovely holiday here, 2a, 3c. Great facilities and had everything we needed to make it home from home, the outdoor fridge was great. The location is a little remote.

Good sized Villa and pool set in extensive grounds
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Can Foraster. The Villa offers plenty of traditional character along with stunning views of the nearby mountains. All rooms have air con, the pool is a good size and is in a very pleasing setting. The villa sits in extensive grounds which include many lemon, fig, and olive trees, and give the villa a great feeling of spaciousness. The villa, for us, was ideally located within short drives of Port de Pollenca, Pollenca, and Alcudia. The outdoor kitchen (in addition to the inside one) was a real plus and is an ideal place to enjoy the warmth of the evening with a cool drink. Maria, the owner, was very attentive when needed to address any maintenance issues that came up.

Fabulous villa, fabulous location
Villa C'an Foraste is fabulous. It is spacious, comfortable and clean and has all facilities that you need for a family holiday. Location is great, 10-15 minute drive from Alcudia and Pollenca, both of which are very pretty little towns. Easy drive from Palma airport, about 35 minutes. Highly recommend.

Finca mit Flair - Ruhe und Erholung garantiert
Die Finca, in der Natur gelegen, bot uns die perfekte Ruheoase. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Very nice villa
We had a very nice stay in Can Foraste. The house is very comfortable with everything you need. It’s at about 10 minutes of pollensa and puerto de Alcudia. You can enjoy the calm of the nature The garden kitchen is also a very good option Thanks Maria for this stay.

Agréable maison familiale
Agréable maison familiale, très bien située entre Pollença et Alcudia et au coeur d'un réseau de voies cyclables (super pour les cyclistes !). Points forts : accueil très sympathique et maison bien entretenue ; piscine super agréable et ensoleillée toute la journée (profondeur 1,20 mètres sur toute la surface) ; jardin sympa à explorer (figuiers, citronniers...) ; chambres et salon climatisés ; chaque chambre a sa salle de bains. Points faibles : plan de la maison pas idéal (pas de connexion directe entre la cuisine et les terrasses où manger) / la cuisine d'été est équipée uniquement d'un frigo, d'un évier et d'un barbecue > on ne ne peut pas y cuisiner ; peu d'espaces à l'ombre aux heures les plus chaudes ; pas de portail automatique.

Urlaub Can Foraster
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Finca verbracht. Die Lage ist Ruhig. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 10 Min fahrt, was mit dem Mietwagen kein Problem war. Die Finca an sich bietet eine gute Grundausstattung die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Außenbereich mit der neuen Außenküche ist super. =) Wir hatten während des Aufenthalts leider einen Stromausfall, hierbei wurde uns durch die Vermieterin sofort geholfen und ein Elektriker war sehr schnell zur stelle. Alles in allem war es ein Schöner Urlaub. Liebe Grüße Christian

Sehr sauber, schön, groß und ruhig!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen! Es war alles noch schöner als es auf den Bildern aussieht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Garten mit dem überragenden Pool war sehr schön und die Außenküche mit dem Gasgrill ist perfekt, um außen zu essen! Die Putzfrau und der Gärtner bzw. Poolboy waren sehr freundlich! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und somit perfekt um sich zu erholen. Die Kommunikation mit Maria verlief sehr schnell und reibungslos. In der Umgebung kann man auch viele schöne Strände und Buchten besichtigen und der Supermarkt liegt ganz in der Nähe. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!!!

Traumhaft gelegene Finca mit herrlichem Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge
Wir waren vor 3 Jahren schon mal hier. Schon damals hat uns die Finca so gut gefallen, dass wir gern wiedergekommen sind. Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen der anderen Urlauber nur bestätigen, werde sie deshalb auch nicht noch einmal auflisten. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sind ehrlich und nicht geschönt. Neu ist der überdachte Grillplatz mit Weber-Gasgrill, dort war sofort mein Lieblingsplatz. Wir hatten damals das Vergnügen die schwedischen Besitzer kennzulernen - sehr sehr nette Leute! Es besteht jederzeit die Möglichkeit über Telefon oder e-Mail Kontakt aufzunehmen, auch auf Deutsch. Überhaupt ist alles super geregelt, 1x wöchentlich kommt die Putzfrau und 2-3x der Gärtner/Poolboy;-) Wir haben uns auch dieses Mal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Maria!!!

Tolles inhabergeführtes Haus!
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Haus, dass die persönliche Handschrift seiner Inhaber trägt. Super netter Kontakt zu den Inhabern, tolle Lage, riesiges Grundstück, großer Pool und eine tolle funktionale Aussenküche mit Gril und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr zufrieden in Summe und jederzeit weiterempfehlbar!
