My was great, I enjoyed the stay. Apart from the dust on the blinds and the bathroom basin that indicated it was not cleaned properly but the service was great even when I showed them my concerns they were ready to remedy.
On arrival the guy who received us seemed clueless about what he was doing as he could not locate our online booking even after we showed him an email confirmation. The room given to us was clean. The aircon in the room was not effective as it is positioned in an awkward position in the room. The water was cold we queried the matter in the morning and we were informed that the main switch tripped, we were then sent to a different room to bath only to find that the shower head was mulfunctioning releasing misty water. On arrival no clarity was given whether breakfast was included or not in our package, when we asked in the morning the same guy who received us on arrival was clueless...we decided to check out and sort ourselves out with breakfast elsewhere.
Hotel not cleaned & shower leaking on the floor . Only one bath towel for 2 adults. And also one tea cup. Had to wait for 30 minutes at receptions waiting for confirmation and payment because i used hotel.com . Receptionist failed to even explain hotels info such as wife
Upon entering the room the was muddy foot steps when asked was told it was raining the bathroom was not fully cleaned we had half a tissue the next mrning couldnt take a bath or use toilet as thr was no water what happend to back up
