It was a terrible experience. The room we got had sticky urine stain on the toilet lid and the back of the toilet. Bed sheets had yellow stains don't know from what. Charged us 180 dollars per day which is totally not worth the price.

I drove in late from Missoula after a concert. I was pleasantly surprised to find a warm and welcoming face to greet me. My room was ready, the lights were on which as a solo traveller unpacking from the car park in the dark, this was a nice little extra that goes a long way. Property is clean, you get a bit of noise from the highway but worth it for the view in the morning. An easy walk down to the lake to jump in and start your day. Polson is a cute, walkable town and this property is well situated for exploring.

The view is amazing. The hotel is right next to a busy highway and the roadnoise is horrible. I had a sound machine so that helped. Hurricane windows would make this place almost perfect to reduce that noise. Its not fancy but its basic and clean. Service was perfect. Had minor issues that were handled immediately.

Someone needs to check those rooms before letting people check in. floors of the deck were dirty, trash can lid was disgusting. We went over everything with Clorox wipes before we felt comfortable.

The view from our room was fabulous, even with all of the smoke. The room was very nice, I love the table and chairs. The bed was so comfortable. We stayed two nights and they even came in and made it for us and took out the trash. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.
