Front desk staff lethargic, slow, and uniformed about the current state of their remodeling as their directions to simply get into wing where the assigned room was incorrect. Met other "obvious" guests trying to get in simply locked out. I arrived late and left early. No lines, just lame service. Open cash window, no staff. Open breakfast buffet... no staff. Just a lot of waiting around for staff to give a damn. View doesn't make up for it. Will choose a motel next time.

My sister and i had adjoining rooms that had a lake view, it was spectacular! The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable! We loved it. We will be back!

The employees are always very friendly and accommodating when possible. The rooms are not fancy but certainly meets the needs of their customers. The showers need a little extra attention.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however for my stay it was not quiet there were small children everywhere, which I thought was odd considering it was a casino resort? I had to call the front desk several times regarding loud children above me and next to me late at night while trying to sleep. As I said the staff was very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet stay I'm not sure you will get it there.

Exemplary customer service! We had a concern which the staff brought to the attention of a manager and they amazingly refunded our money and apologized for any inconvenience. They went way above and beyond what would normally have been done. We definitely plan to stay here again. The room was very clean everywhere! Bed and pillow comfortable (and I usually bring my own pillow). Great views of the lake.

Property was absolutely beautiful, the staff were awesome, but the room smelled of strong cigarette smoke and there were a lot of spider webs on my balcony and the property in general.
