In the characteristic village of Pompeiana, in western Liguria, 3 km from the beaches, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, with its alleys and stone houses, in a secondary road in a quiet area of the country: stone cottage on three levels of 75 meters , independent on four sides, composed of entrance into dining area with equipped kitchenette, flat screen TV, mp3 radio, free WI-FI, livable outdoor space at the entrance of the house, with table, chairs and barbecue available. Living room on the first floor with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, satellite dish (German channels), bathroom with shower and washing machine, pleasant view of the valley to the sea. On the ground floor, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, TV and radio, bathroom with shower, folding cot if needed. Possibility to park in front of the house or nearby along the road, the public parking is 200 meters away. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches, free and private, of sand and cliffs, also the beautiful cycle path that runs along the coast, 24 km long with various bike rental and refreshment points ...

Tolles Haus,
... sehr authentisch und sehr schön. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen aber doch für künftige Interessenten: Dass es praktisch kein eigenes Grundstück gibt, sodern nur ein kleiner Streifen von der Straße vor dem Haus durch Blumenkübel abgegrenzt ist und es im Hau nur schmale, steile Raumspartreppen gibt, hätten wir gern vorher gewusst.

Sehr schönes altes Haus, prima Gastgeberin
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Ferienzeit in Iolanda´s schönem Haus. Alles war bestens vorbereitet und es mangelte an nichts bei der Ausstattung. Eine perfektes Ferienhaus für zwei Personen. Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Pompeiana.

Inizio dicendo che la proprietaria della struttura è estremamente gentile e disponibile, quindi ringrazio Iolanda. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, ma posso dire che è ben attrezzata. Letto e divano letto sono abbastanza comodi (assicuro che non è scontato). La casa dista dal mare 10 minuti di auto, è semplice da raggiungere, ci sono posteggi nelle vicinanze. Siamo stati molto bene.

Alles wunderbar! Toller Urlaub
Wir waren vom 04.06.-18.06.2022 für 2 Wochen ( 2 Erwachsene + unser Labrador) zu Gast im Ferienhaus von Iolanda. Alles war wie beschrieben, uns fehlte es an nichts. TOP-WiFi auf allen Etagen und auch draußen am Freisitz, wo wir uns unter dem Olivenbaum sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Hervorheben möchte ich die Lage im Bergdörfchen Pompeiana, 6 Autominuten entfernt von Riva Ligure: tolle Ausblicke auf die Täler und das Meer, es schien, als ob die Zeit im Dorf manchmal stehen blieb. In der Dorf-Trattoria haben wir gut gespeist, es gab Livemusik, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Casa Vacanze u. in Pompeiana in vollen Zügen genossen und haben uns prächtig erholt. Die Kommunikation mit Iolanda war immer sehr verlässlich und stets freundlich. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt, sind wehmütig abgereist und kommen wieder! Liebe Iolanda, vielen Dank für die Zitronen!

Super séjour à Pompeiana
Nous avons été ravis de notre semaine à Pompeiana : la maison est conforme à la description et aux photos,simple et fonctionnelle, avec un petit coin à l'extérieur très appréciable, rien ne manque, un rapport qualité prix imbattable pour une maison indépendante .Iolanda est accueillante et disponible.Les activités ne manquent pas entre mer et montagne ( Triora le village est dans un coin superbe) et surtout pour nous qui sommes cyclistes quel bonheur de se déplacer en vélo sur cette magnifique piste cyclable qui longe la cote et permet sans stress d'aller de bordighera à imperia. Nous reviendrons. Michèle et Marc

Nicht empfehlenswert!
Ehrlich gesagt, kann ich die durchwegs positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Es war bisher unsere schlechteste Unterkunft. Die Größe des Hauses ist so wie beschrieben, nur möchte keiner im modrigen Schlafzimmer im Keller übernachten. Den Blick zum Meer hat man durch das Fenster im 1. Stock - hier stehen auch 2 Schlafsofas - zum Glück. Die Krünung ist aber der Platz im Freien, man sitzt mit Blickrichtung zur Straße und zur hohen Mauer des gegenüberliegenden Hauses. Das eigene Auto steht unmittelbar daneben - man frühstückt quasi mit seinem Auto, hat auch was..;) Wir haben uns so wenig wie möglich in dem Objekt aufgehalten. Ich kann nur sagen . Finger weg!!

Wunderbar tolles Haus
Es war sehr schön das Haus ist im still im Mittelalter. Es hat alles was man braucht der Ort ist sehr schön tolle Sicht 3km zum Strand 2km zum lidl. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus von Iolanda verbracht( 2 Erw/3 Kinder. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet.Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum kleinen aber feinen Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch mit Kindern.

Pompeiana ist immer eine Reise wert! Die Unterkunft war einfach toll, mit allem was man braucht und einer Aussicht, die begeistert! Die Kombination aus Meer und Bergen hat uns fasziniert. Die Gastfreundschaft erfährt man überall. Alle aufkommenden Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet! Wir können Iolanda und ihr wunderbares Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen!!

Toller Urlaub
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und alles im Haus wurde uns ausführlich erklärt. Das Haus ist genau so, wie man es auf den Fotos sehen konnte. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass alle Fenster mit Mückennetzen versehen waren, da es dort sehr viele gibt. Wir waren mit 5 Personen in dem Haus und der Platz war völlig ausreichend, da man eh fast bis spät abends draußen ist. Das Haus besitzt zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber es war in der Nacht gut auszuhalten. In der Nähe findet man ein kleines Restaurant und unten im Ort gibt es große Supermärkte. Alles, was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht und wurden auch wieder sehr freundlich verabschiedet. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Objekt...voll unter Einheimischen....im Haus alles vorhanden, was man braucht... Die Vermieterin Iolanda ist sehr sehr freundlich....hilfsbereit... Ist stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.... Sehr zu empfehlen....auch für Familien mit mehreren Kindern gut geeignet.... Danke an Iolanda....

Séjour traditionnel en Ligurie
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Iolanda. C'est une maison traditionnelle en haut d'une montagne, à quelques kilomètres de la mer. Le petit village de pompeiana est très mignon et animé. Nous conseillons notamment la tratoria qui sert des plats traditionnels. Dans les entourages, plusieurs villes sont agréables à visiter comme San Remo, Imperia ou Taggia. Je recommande vivement cette location pour des amateurs de l'Italie traditionnelle.

Turm mit wunderbarer Meersicht
Das Haus ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Fotos sind aktuell. Man tritt ein in der Mitte des Hauses in die Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Sofa, eine Wendeltreppe hoch ist der Salon mit Aussicht und eine Wendeltreppe nach unten das Schlafzimmer. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter, man kann den ganzen Tag und sogar in der Nacht die Fenster offen lassen, ohne dass Mücken eindringen. Ein Ventilator ist auch vorhanden. Gastgeberin Iolanda hat einfach an alles gedacht und ist auch jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten. Der äussere Sitzplatz geht zwar auf eine Strasse hinaus und ist abgetrennt mit Sträuchern. Gegenüber ist aber kein Haus. Von keiner Seite haben Nachbarn Einsicht ins Haus. Ca. 200m entfernt ist auf dem Kirchplatz das Ristorante Piazzetta, wo man gute ligurische Küche geniessen kann mit sehr netter Bedienung. Gleich unterhalb vom Dorf, ca. 3km, erreicht man geradeaus das Meer mit schönem Lungomare mit Sandsträndchen (geschützte Badebucht, auch für Kinder sehr geeignet) und Gelati und was das Ferien-Herz begehrt. In 10 Automin. erreicht man Taggia, in 15 Min. San Remo oder Imperia. Es fiel uns schwer, abzureisen. Das Häuschen und das hübsche Dorf können wir sehr empfehlen.

Una piacevole vacanza a Pompeiana
La casa è situata nel bel centro storico di Pompeiana, a pochi min. d'auto dalle spiagge, in zona tranquilla e poco trafficata; nelle vicinanze supermarket, farmacia, bar, ecc. E' ben attrezzata ( ci sono 3 televisori, 1 per ogni piano; la cucina è piccola ma non manca nulla ), pulita, ideale anche per famiglie numerose ( 2 bagni, 6 posti letto ) ma inadatta per bambini molto piccoli - i piani sono collegati da scale a chiocciola. Proprietaria simpatica e gentile. Alloggio sicuramente consigliabile, proposto ad un prezzo ragionevole.

Sehr tolles Ferienhaus
Tolles Haus in einem netten Bergdorf. Die Trattoria La Piazza ist 200m entfernt und sehr zu empfehlen!*** Im Haus ist alles Nötige wie beschrieben vorhanden. Zum Strand nach Riva oder Arma di Taggia sind es ca. 10min mit dem Auto. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Angenehme, ruhige und saubere Haus
Das Haus entspricht genau den Fotos, die im Internet zu sehen sind, und weitestgehend der Beschreibung. Der Blick über die Hügel auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Alles in Allem eine tolle Zeit und Unterkunft. Dank an Iolanda und Familie.
