The carpet on the room I stayed was dirty and smelly. Also, no elevators were available. Even though the staff was very nice, the hotel is in poor condition.

I. Really enjoyed th surrounding. The curtain broke in my room and was fixed the next day. I did not like coming into an 8 degrees room. I understand the reason ac was up but when I change and leave, I knew someone had been in my room because they kept making it freezing. Other than that, all was pretty perfect!

The staff was wonderful. It was clean. If we needed anything the staff came right away and they were very helpful on where to go what to do. The hot tub wasnt hot and wasnt to clean. The pool was fun but we wish the snack bar at pool would reopen and the breakfast didnt come included and was pricey. They should reopen the restaurant and offer free coffee.

I picked that hotel for the anemities. When I got there they told me, because i paid online i wasnt allowed to have breakfast. The coffee was via a vending machine. The bed and pillows were hard. I wasnt allowed to turn off or change the temperature in the room.

This is a no Frills property good for one night, but would the average vacationer questioning whether or not they would rather stay there. Close to the airport. bathroom ceiling had a drop-down ceiling that look mold due to lack of ventilation.

I don’t think I can trust Expedia after this experience. All this good reviews could not be from real people. Today I was looking for hotel for tonight and couldn’t force myself to do it on Expedia. Receptionists were nice, but room was absolutely horrible! I took pictures and going to leave review on google as well. They gave me a list of rules in hotel. One of them was don’t adjust air conditioner temperature otherwise it will be condensation. And they said I can order extra blankets. When I came inside if was 60!!! It’s freezing and you need a warm jacket to stay in this temperature. Of course I raised it immediately to 69. And everything started to be covered with condensation! Water was dripping from the floor, mirror in the room was all covered by water but that smell!! It’s combination of mold, dust and dampness. Mold was on lamp shades, carpet was extremely dirty and old. This place never had a renovation! Painting the walls over the mold I don’t count. In cracks of paint you really can see mold. Thanks god I came late and spent there only one night. All my clothes was absolutely wet next morning. I had burning feeling in my nose and throat. Horrible. I really just want to see people who gave a good review to this place.
