The carpet on the room I stayed was dirty and smelly. Also, no elevators were available. Even though the staff was very nice, the hotel is in poor condition.

It was good, overall. I’ve stayed before and will continue to do so because they are reliable. The only thing: the lamp on my side of the bed needs an extension electrical cord to reach a receptacle. I needed that light. Everything else was perfect

El hotel está céntrico y todas sus áreas limpias. El cuarto todo excelente, la cama bien cómoda y al aire acondicionado funciona a perfección. Area de la piscina excelente. Un precio económico. Recomendado y volvería.

I. Really enjoyed th surrounding. The curtain broke in my room and was fixed the next day. I did not like coming into an 8 degrees room. I understand the reason ac was up but when I change and leave, I knew someone had been in my room because they kept making it freezing. Other than that, all was pretty perfect!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. I felt like I was an inconvenience the entire time I stayed there. They nickel and dime you at every opportunity they get. It even costs a quarter to get a cup of coffee. The air conditioning has to stay below 68 or condensation forms on everything. This is unique to this property. Other buildings in the area aren’t like that. The room smelled like musty mildew the entire time. It gave me a sore throat and stuffy nose that started as soon as I got there and cleared up as soon as I completed my miserable stay. This place is hazardous you your mental and physical health. Stay away!

The staff was wonderful. It was clean. If we needed anything the staff came right away and they were very helpful on where to go what to do. The hot tub wasnt hot and wasnt to clean. The pool was fun but we wish the snack bar at pool would reopen and the breakfast didnt come included and was pricey. They should reopen the restaurant and offer free coffee.
