Kame House is a brand new apartment with luxury finishes in a gated community with a swimming pool and gym/spa area.

It is less than a minute's walk from Ponta Delgada's two main beaches and about 7 minutes by car from the airport. It is in an ideal location for enjoying all the amenities of the city center, restaurants, bars, services etc - a 5-minute drive away - but also as a starting point for discovering the whole island.

Please note that check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. have an extra fee of €15, to be charged at the time of check-in.

The standard check-in time is after 17:00. It can be at any time if the house is available. It must be confirmed in advance.

Clean and Spacious -
This condo is clean and spacious for 4 people…. The location is very good and close to beach and amenities…. The check in process was very efficient and helpful. Probably best to have a car for groceries/touring . However very nice restaurants are within walking distance…. The check in process was seamless and although the pool was in need of repair. It did not hinder our holiday given that it was late April….. highly recommend. Thank you.
