We never actually stayed here, this was because they have an online check in, this was a disaster, phone number given was incorrect, basically we wasted hours trying to get help, finally gave up and booked something else, with a reception,

Inovação e comodidade no Liiv Natal Cobogó
Desde o atendimento online até a permanência no hotel, foi um percurso muito bom. Além da inovação no modelo de hospedagem, há uma qualidade nas instalações muito boa. A ótima localização tbm é um fator relevante. Foi uma experiência inédita em termos de hospedagem e me senti bem acolhido.

Acho que faltou um interfone externo conectado ao quarto para saber quando seu delivery chega ao hotel. Faltou itens de banho. E cobrar para disponibilizar um edredom achei dessarazoavel. Os travesseiros sao pessimo, finos e moles. Tem potencial para melhorar.

Péssimo! O Liiv para ser ruim ainda teria que melhorar. O quarto estava sem cobertor e quando fui solicitar, tive a surpresa que eta cobrado aluguel pelo cobertor. Eu nunca vi isso na vida! Achei muito desonesto.

O local é muito bonito e com um decoração moderna. Check-in é simples e fácil, e pode ser feito antecipadamente, permitindo que o hóspede entre no quarto de imediato. Tive o privilégio de estar em um quarto com vista para o mar e amei. Precisa de um interfone urgente, já que não tem recepção.

Pelo preço vale a pena. Merece uma boa nota. Mas prestem muita atenção se vc estiver de carro como eu, NÃO TEM ESTACIONAMENTO, CARRO FICA NA RUA. NADA LEGAL ESSA PARTE. FIQUEM ESPERTOS. PERGUNTEI AO HOTEL SOBRE SUGESTÃO DE ESTACIONAMENTO E NÃO RECEBI NADA DE SUGESTÃO.

Impecável, exceto pelo barulho no corredor
Instalações novas e limpeza impecável. Quarto com TV e ar condicionado, além de uma mini cozinha com frigobar, pia, chaleira elétrica e utensílios. Tudo muito bom, exceto o barulho que vem do corredor, principalmente das próprias moças que trabalham na limpeza e falam praticamente gritando pelo corredor. Afora o barulho, seria nota 10!
