Communication prior to stay was quick and useful! Upon arrival, the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Check-in was easy and someone was on hand to assist if needed. All staff members were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, hikes, trains, public transportation, etc
During breakfast, the manager checked in with guests to see how their stay was going. Lobby, dining, and lounge area are bright, modern, clean and we loved the cozy area by the fireplace! Room was nice size and spa was relaxing! Having a few tv channels in English was appreciated! Great stay!
