I love this hotel. It's a new hotel that just opened in June 2024. All staff are friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it a 4 star for property condition is because they had a problem with one of the elevators. A father and son got stuck in it and the fire department had to get the doors open, I have been to many Drury Inns and there's never been any issues, I'm sure this was just a fluke incident.

I loked that everyone was smiling and seemed to enjoy their work day. I appreciate how down to earth the front desk/Bistro staff were. Unfortunately, i am afraid of conjoined rooms and was unprepared and shocked. However, i was able to do some MacGyver-type proofing of the door and felt safe. Overall, I loved the property, the 5pm to 7pm Happy Hour was great! I got a membership and intend to stay here many more times.
