"Loved staying at Spinneys, got to partake in the cedar sauna and staff was accommodating to an early check in. Next morning we were able to wake up and watch seals play in the water right out front, along with a beautiful sunrise. Will be back!"

"My wife, myself and another couple wanted to explore the coast of Maine and have a nice retreat as we finished each day. This could not have been a more perfect home to do so. Our friends were coming from Colorado and we had to adjust the dates and the owner could not have been more accommodating. The home itself was warm and bright and the view from all the rooms was amazing! We loved starting and ending each day here. We would urge everyone to go down to the Popham Fort and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine at the picnic table. It was a wonderful highlight! We certainly recommend this home!"

"Lovely cottage at the edge of the sand dunes and ocean beyond. Falling asleep to the sound of waves is amazing. Bed was comfortable. Missed having a microwave or some way of heating food but I guess it's a code regulation or something. The fridge is adequate but a bit small. Be prepared to have basic food items that only need a toaster. There is a grill on the deck and you can get creative with that. There are limited restaurants unless you drive into Bath. Just plan accordingly. Truly lovely."

"Our sojourn at Stone House Manor was peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable! We were a collection of foodies and cooks, and the well stocked kitchen was a tremendous asset, as we ate in almost every night. Rachael was always available to answer questions, and the owner Jane could not have been more helpful. For example, they brought an air mattress that we were able to set up in one of the studies to accommodate our large party. The house was well appointed, and it was truly a home away from home. We reveled and all of the outdoor activities, the great lawn, the lake, and the nearby beaches. All in all, we could not have asked for a better stay!"

"We had a wonderful week at the beautiful Salt Cottage. The cottage is gorgeous (I loved the antique art and furniture) and very large with many outdoor spaces. My 2 young children loved going down to the dock every day and playing Trivia Pursuit on the porch. It was a close(ish) drive to most places, like Portland, Bath and Freeport. And very close to our favorites like Popham Beach and Reid State Park. David and Callie were great - very quick to respond to questions prior to our trip and just overall helpful.
