The location is a stone's throw from the beach and the Historic Fort. It's a beautiful little village - like you walked into a Homer Winslow painting. Chris (the owner) was very flexible about changes in our plans and the little cottage was perfect for our needs. We had a beautiful time! "

"We were looking for a nice weekly stay directly on Popham beach to enjoy some solitude before the family joined us for Thanksgiving. If you've ever walked Popham Beach, you'll recognize this house. It is a beautiful new home with beach front decks and porches. The open floor plan was perfect and you could hear the waves crashing on the beach. Just wonderful. The kitchen is well outfitted, including a countertop french door convection oven, crockpot, large pot for lobsters and all the cooking items you would need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, nice linens and a washer & dryer. We walked the beach every day and the views and location cannot be beat!"

"Loved staying at Spinneys, got to partake in the cedar sauna and staff was accommodating to an early check in. Next morning we were able to wake up and watch seals play in the water right out front, along with a beautiful sunrise. Will be back!"
