First.....The front desk was awesome! There were highway closures that only locals would know how to avoid, and it was late (11:30pm). They gave me directions and then stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes to ensure I was on the right road, pretty amazing. The property is perfect for a home base while exploring the natural attractions in an around Port Angeles, it's true its a bit older, but I would definitely stay here again.

How is it possible for a hotel to not only have NO elevator, but to require stairs for EVERY room? This is not a historical building that gets a pass from compliance with the ADA. While it was an inconvenience for us (we ran a marathon and stairs are nearly impossible afterward), i've been injured and in a wheelchair before. It made me sick that a modern commerical franchise establishment could have no access for those with severe mobility issues.

This was a very convenient location for one night in Port Angeles as we traveled through Olympic National Park. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and hotel was quiet. Nice quick and easy overnight stop.

This property is near one of the main entrances for Olympic National Park. It needs updating; their key cards are atrocious. It often took a dozen times for the key card to work, even after having them re-keyed…honestly ridiculous. The room was spacious & had the amenities I needed, but the fact that this property has chosen to stop the SuperStart breakfast annoys me. They have a large breakfast room which is now unused. I’ve stayed at several Super 8 locations which still offer their hot SuperStart breakfast items, & for the $$ amount that this location cost, they should offer breakfast again. Becky at the front desk is an invaluable resource for local info on places to dine as well as tips on the park, etc. Enjoyed my stay very much, but will consider other options if on the north end of the national park again.

The breakfast that they advertise is a choice of a granola bar or Nutrigrain bar and coffee, tea and juice. That is not a breakfast. The bed sags towards the middle and the tub drain plug would not stay open. Room was clean and the front desk staff was helpful in explaining how to use the two confusing remotes to watch TV. Expensive for what you get...

The property was fine but way overpriced for what it is. A basic but very clean room. Breakfast is a joke with a granola bar and juice and coffee. If you use their phone you have to pay. No elevator in bldg.

Convenient for getting to ferry to Victoria and visiting the Northern part of the Olympic Peninsula and parks. Although the decor is dated, everything was well maintained and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful so we had a great stay there for 3 days. The restaurant next door does great breakfast too with 10 percent hotel discount.
