A lovely overnight stay in a waterfront cabin. Beautiful view. Very quiet location. Stayed on a Sunday night and there wasn’t a lot of choice for dinner with many closed Sunday/Monday so ended up with takeaway shop being our only option which shut at 8pn daylight savings time.

Studio rooms are very poorly set up. Less than two foot between end of the bed and the fridge and the sink is under the microwave also at the end of the bed.

The unit was tidy and reasonably maintained. It had a comfortable bed and was well equipped, however the refrigerator did not keep food cold, no matter what setting we used.
Booking with the site was difficult as was checking in.
We loved seeing the many furry little wallaby-like Fucous critters around the park. The place was clean and warm. Unfortunately we could not get wifi in the cabin we stayed in which was disappointing. Otherwise we were very happy.
The nearby Fox and Hound was described/recommended as "pub food" which I guess it was, but we weren't thrilled with it and found it to be pretty expensive.
Port Arthur was exceptional!
Perfect place to be if you're exploring Port Arthur, easy to get to from the entire area around the historic site. Quiet, great walks nearby, and up close and personal with some wildlife. Would recommend
Beautiful place with wildlife right at your door. My only complaint would be that the sheets on the bed where to small for the bed and the bed was very hard.
Staff where great and the park is lovely.

Glamping in cabin
I wouldn’t pay extra for a water view. At best I had a peek a boo view through trees. This is like a timeshare campsite with cabins. But there are wild animals that visit.
Beautiful place to stay. Gorgeous beach only a short walk away through the forest. The park is very well maintained and the staff are great. Very close to everything you would want to see.
There was a bit of dust around the inside and a bit of a sewer smell outside, otherwise thw cabin itself was quite nice & the kids loved the bunk hidy hole
Stayed in motel style accommodation which was great for 1 night so we could visit Port Arthur. It was back off the main road and very quiet, staff helpful and friendly.
Perfect place to stay in Port Arthur. The Peninsula cabins were clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable too. There’s a short walk to a private beach which was just divine. The local wildlife fly in for a feed twice daily (get your seed at front reception) and are quite polite 😂 we would definitely stay there again.
