Excellent Support from Cobb Real Estate
We were due to arrive the day after Hurricane Beryl. After a few days’ delay because the coast was without power, we finally began our journey. Cobb was flexible with our dates, accommodating a later checkout due to the late start. Other challenges were thrown their way, such as the air conditioning breaking before our arrival, and then the power in the neighborhood going out again. Their solution, just before our arrival, was to upgrade us to a larger house with operable electrical and air conditioning. We had a great time and really appreciated them going above and beyond to ensure we were still able to enjoy the 6-night stay that we’d planned.

Great place - our second time to stay here. Perfect size for our family of 4. Love how close it is to the beach and away from more populated areas. Lift is an amazing amenity. Kitchen well stocked.

Fall Beach Trip
Our getaways are for true R&R…this beach front, dog friendly property was perfect. The 2 br/2bth (adorable floor plan) was well maintained & extremely well stocked. This property is located north of the more populated area of Crystal Beach, we basically had the beach to our selves. Management was very attentive; oven was not working & showing a fault code upon arrival. Maintenance arrived early the next morning…yea!!! Our only complaint was the MOSQUITOS. We basically did not leave the comfort of indoors the first 4 days, except to take our dog out to do her business. Citronella candles and deep woods off didn’t faze them. Although grassy areas surrounding the home were cut short, they were thriving in it day & night. Overall, great stay; we will definitely be back.

Great Home for the perfect family vacay!
Cute home right on beach! Very well stocked with all necessities. The bunk room being located in the Master bedroom closet was a little awkward with teens and beds were uncomfortable. But, these few things would definitely not stop us from stayong again!!
