The North Caplen Subdivision in Gilchrist, Texas, is an exceptional beach community offering stunning views of both the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway. Guests has access to the entire house, except two locked owners closet - one in the kitchen, and the other in the bedroom.
Our home is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests, featuring 3 luxurious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom offers a lavish king-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom, spacious closet, and a smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom also includes a king-sized bed, an exclusive full bathroom, a closet, a smart TV, and a private workspace—perfect for combining business with leisure. Please note the owner's closet in this room is off-limits. The third bedroom is a charming loft space with a queen-sized bed, ideal for older kids (recommended for ages 8 and above), with caution advised when using the loft ladders.
Our home features two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and large mirror. We provide essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, there’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities like a rice cooker, air fryer, griddle, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, microwave, coffee bar, and a dishwasher, as well as cooking essentials such as spices and oils.
The living room offers ample space for relaxation, with leather sofa chairs, a smart TV, an electric fireplace, and board games. It opens onto a large patio where you can enjoy the outdoor views.
Outdoors, you'll find a shower for post-beach rinse-offs, beach chairs, and children's toys, with storage provided in the red and black box in the outdoor shower area. The outdoor space also includes two seating areas and two grills—a propane gas grill (with propane provided) and a charcoal grill (charcoal not supplied). Ample parking is available for your convenience.
