The staff were helpful and always available to answer questions or little extra needs. The breakfast lady, Michelle, made something hot and tasty different daily, as well as the continental items.

Front check in area was under renovation during our stay. Had a smell on our floor (4th floor) and in our room. I don’t know what it was for sure but it was just a musty smell. Maybe a sewer/water problem. Hopefully it can get addressed. Did not address this with staff as it wasn’t terrible. Other than that room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good too.

Shady practice - Should have known with "Choice"
I had a lot of inconveniences here. For starters - the lobby is under renovations, so a first floor room is obnoxiously loud. The 3rd flood had a fan blowing at the AC unit the whole time I was there. House keeping knocked on my door without announcing who they were and proceeded to open the door while me and my boyfriend were having an intimate moment. The gym was empty and out of service. I'm a night owl and often get out of work after 3am. Without warning, early in the morning, they tested the fire alarm 3 times. This has been an awful experience. The manager wouldnt work with me on the rate for my inconveniences. I plan to stay a week in port charlotte a month - I'll stick to Wyndam, Hilton, and Extended stay from now on

There was construction everywhere on the property checkin was in the first floor hallway I checked the night before there were more 15 rooms available why couldn't I have checked in at 11:30 am when the rooms were clean and available absolutely ridiculous
