The property is under construction at this time. Walls seem to be very thin. My neighbors can be heard clearly when they were spoke until 3:30 am in the morning. Phone did not work in my room. Bath tub had no stopper. Call the front desk for a stopper and they dropped it off the next day but it would not fit our tub. Mold is located in the windows when you open the blinds. People were smoking weed in the pool, while we had our daughter with us so we left the area. Breakfast gives a good amount of options. Staff is very nice. Surrounding area is also nice to walk around. The highway is next to the hotel, making it easy to leave and enter.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. They are doing construction, which is one thing. The problem is the room was disgusting. There was mold all over the shower and bathroom ceiling, the window was full of mildew, the floors were dirty in our room, the tv was out dates, just an overall really bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was doing renovations which was understandable. We were given a room on the floor where construction was being done. It was full of dust, doors were horrible along with being dangerous. It shouldn't be offered to c customers. There were other rooms available but not offered until we rejected assigned room. We were accomodated without hesitation.

Hotel was under construction, loud sounds, dust everywhere, breakfast was very mediocre. Hair drier did not even work, after a long day at my show came to find out had to sleep with wet hair, reception did not even have an extra hair drier for a customer. Hotel did not even have an extra blanket, for one of the coldest day in Florida. Please skip this place its not ready for business!

I liked the customer service at the front desk. On my trip I forgot my toothbrush and asked it the hotel had one I could buy. The attendant gave one at no cost. The only thing I thought that could be changed was the breakfast choices on the weekends. On both Saturday and Sunday the same hot items were served, biscuits and sausage gravy. Maybe an egg item could be used on one day or rotate items.
