Heather front desk associate very helpful positive attitude smiles, all the time easy to talk to great sense of humor. She’s a keeper person. I think you guys should give her a raise.
There was host in the bathroom and no tissue in the room and the remote was sticking and the free breakfast was the same both days, and the pillows were hard, this is one of the worst stays I have ever had
The bartender was amazing! She was very personable & remembered what we drank. Also, everyone at the counter were pleasant. Love the outdoor sitting area. Breakfast had a lot of options and enjoyed coffee being available all day. Great stay
My sister and I stayed at North Port Hampton Inn for a week while we helped our parents clean up their home, which was destroyed from Hurricane Helene. This hotel was a wonderful place to come back to each evening after very difficult days. It was a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to rest. Cookies and popcorn awaited us each afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were many dining and shopping options in the area. Thank you to the management and staff of this hotel. Please know that what you do makes a difference for your guests.
