We have just completed an extensive renovation to this condo. The pictures do not represent the renovation yet, to follow. All new tile flooring throughout, freshly painted, All new modern kitchen cabinets and pantry, bathroom vanities with granite counter tops. New refrigerator, dish washer, washer & dryer with the steam feature. All new mattresses & bedding, 55" smart TV in living room & 32" TV's in Master & VIP bedrooms. We own the condos on both sides of this one 8101 & 8103, VRBO #'s 1116567 & 1947831 check them out if this unit is booked. 8101 just came on line with VRBO, 8102 & 8103 are 5 STAR rated. Had a fantastic time while in this rental. The pool was great. Unfortunately, the coronavirus shut down all planned activities in the town.

Charlotte Harbour is beautiful
This condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It’s very well appointed with everything you need to cook, enjoy, and relax.

Fantastic Condo!!
The condo was absolutely wonderful! Very spacious and clean, with a great floor plan. Had everything we needed and then some and was very comfortable to stay in. Really enjoyed the pool and close proximity to restaurants, shopping etc. Phil and Toni - owners- and David - manager- were very attentive and a pleasure to deal with!! Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to be back there!! You won't be disappointed!
